Our client came to us with a vision for their family dream house that offered adequate space and a lot of character. They were drawn to the traditional form and contemporary feel of a Modern Farmhouse.

In showing multiple options at the schematic stage, the client approved a traditional L shaped porch with simple barn-like columns. The entry foyer is simple in it's two-story volume and it's mono-chromatic (white & black) finishes. 123 Remodeling Inc.We undertook a comprehensive bathroom remodel to improve the functionality and aesthetics of the space. To create a more open and spacious layout, we expanded the room by 2 feet, shifted the door, and reconfigured the entire layout. We utilized a variety of high-quality materials to create a simple but timeless finish palette, including a custom 96” warm wood-tone custom-made vanity by Draftwood Design, Silestone Cincel Gray quartz countertops, Hexagon Dolomite Bianco floor tiles, and Natural Dolomite Bianco wall tiles.

Aged Brass Steampunk fixtures, Navy vanity and Floor to ceiling white tile fashioned to read as shiplap all grounded by a classic and warm marbleized chevron tile that could have been here since the days of AHam himself. Rise Up!

Mavella HomeA stunning minimal primary bathroom features marble herringbone shower tiles, hexagon mosaic floor tiles, and niche. We removed the bathtub to make the shower area larger. Also features a modern floating toilet, floating quartz shower bench, and custom white oak shaker vanity with a stacked quartz countertop. It feels perfectly curated with a mix of matte black and brass metals. The simplicity of the bathroom is balanced out with the patterned marble floors.
Diane Murphy Interiors, LLC.Image of Guest Bathroom. In this high contrast bathroom the dark Navy Blue vanity and shower wall tile installed in chevron pattern pop off of this otherwise neutral, white space. The white grout helps to accentuate the tile pattern on the blue accent wall in the shower for more interest.
Judith Balis InteriorsI used a patterned tile on the floor, warm wood on the vanity, and dark molding on the walls to give this small bathroom a ton of character.
TVL Creative Ltd.This project was not only full of many bathrooms but also many different aesthetics. The goals were fourfold, create a new master suite, update the basement bath, add a new powder bath and my favorite, make them all completely different aesthetics.
Primary Bath-This was originally a small 60SF full bath sandwiched in between closets and walls of built-in cabinetry that blossomed into a 130SF, five-piece primary suite. This room was to be focused on a transitional aesthetic that would be adorned with Calcutta gold marble, gold fixtures and matte black geometric tile arrangements.
Powder Bath-A new addition to the home leans more on the traditional side of the transitional movement using moody blues and greens accented with brass. A fun play was the asymmetry of the 3-light sconce brings the aesthetic more to the modern side of transitional. My favorite element in the space, however, is the green, pink black and white deco tile on the floor whose colors are reflected in the details of the Australian wallpaper.
Hall Bath-Looking to touch on the home's 70's roots, we went for a mid-mod fresh update. Black Calcutta floors, linear-stacked porcelain tile, mixed woods and strong black and white accents. The green tile may be the star but the matte white ribbed tiles in the shower and behind the vanity are the true unsung heroes.
Imagine ConstructionThis guest bathroom was transformed into a whole new configuration. Included was a new soaking tub & shower enclosure. The wall to wall, horizontal, white tile was installed to look like shiplap. This included the painstaking task of two different grout colors to help hide the transitions, and make it look more like true, wood, shiplap.
Bayside Home ImprovementA meticulously remodeled bathroom that merges classic charm with modern functionality. The space is defined by a serene, seafoam green subway tile shower surround, punctuated by a strip of intricately patterned accent tiles that infuse a pop of color and personality. The shower area is encased in a frameless glass door, enhancing the open feel of the room. Contrasting the cool tones, the terracotta hexagonal floor tiles bring a warm, earthy essence to the bathroom, harmonizing with the natural light that filters through the textured window shade. A traditional white vanity with ample storage space complements the overall aesthetic, offering a balance between vintage and contemporary elements.
Wyman Lane InteriorsCoastal inspired bathroom remodel with a white and blue color scheme accented with brass and brushed nickel. The design features a board and batten wall detail, open shelving niche with wicker baskets for added texture and storage, a double sink vanity in a beautiful ink blue color with shaker style doors and a white quartz counter top which adds a light and airy feeling to the space. The alcove shower is tiled from floor to ceiling with a marble pattern porcelain tile which includes a niche for shampoo and a penny round tile mosaic floor detail. The wall and ceiling color is SW Westhighland White 7566.
