Fables de MursDans ce studio tout en longueur la partie sanitaire et la cuisine ont été restructurées, optimisées pour créer un espace plus fonctionnel et pour agrandir la pièce de vie.
Pour simplifier l’espace et créer un élément architectural distinctif, la cuisine et les sanitaires ont été regroupés dans un écrin de bois sculpté.
Les différents pans de bois de cet écrin ne laissent pas apparaître les fonctions qu’ils dissimulent.
Pensé comme un tableau, le coin cuisine s’ouvre sur la pièce de vie, alors que la partie sanitaire plus en retrait accueille une douche, un plan vasque, les toilettes, un grand dressing et une machine à laver.
La pièce de vie est pensée comme un salon modulable, en salle à manger, ou en chambre.
Ce salon placé près de l’unique baie vitrée se prolonge visuellement sur le balcon.

By removing the wall that divided the entry from the tub and flipping the entry door to open the other direction the space appears twice as large and created a much better flow. This layout change also allowed for a larger vanity

Une page blanche pour écrire une histoire contemporaine pleine de charme. En premier lieu, le volume de l’appartement et des combles ont été réunis en supprimant le plancher. Un parquet en point de Hongrie redonne noblesse et chaleur au lieu. Une cuisine, un dressing, une bibliothèque aux façades épurées épousant la forme du toit offrent de grands rangements. Du mobilier chinés et une décoration colorés sublime l'ensemble. Le cocon d’une parisienne est né.
Spin DesignIn a smart redesign, the challenges posed by an awkward triangular space from a prior extension were skillfully addressed, resulting in a functional and visually appealing laundry and bathroom combo. The space's angles were cleverly utilized to craft a generous corner shower, with the pièce de résistance being the back-to-wall bath strategically centered beneath the elongated window on the angled wall. The laundry area features a stackable washer and dryer, accompanied by a crucial laundry cabinet with a sink—a practical solution catering to the needs of the young family.
