SGDI - Sarah Gallop Design Inc.For a family that loves hosting large gatherings, this expansive home is a dream; boasting two unique entertaining spaces, each expanding onto outdoor-living areas, that capture its magnificent views. The sheer size of the home allows for various ‘experiences’; from a rec room perfect for hosting game day and an eat-in wine room escape on the lower-level, to a calming 2-story family greatroom on the main. Floors are connected by freestanding stairs, framing a custom cascading-pendant light, backed by a stone accent wall, and facing a 3-story waterfall. A custom metal art installation, templated from a cherished tree on the property, both brings nature inside and showcases the immense vertical volume of the house.

Robeson DesignWood looking tile creates a chevron pattern on the floor as it transitions from the hardwood flooring in the Master Bedroom. Double sinks are under-mounted below white marble countertops atop the custom designed vanity (EKD) in solid wood, painted with 8 layers of bronze metal paint. 6 usable storage drawers and 8 linear feet of exposed towel storage add to the organization appeal of this custom piece. Polished nickel hardware, light sconces and accessories compliment the Polished nickel Calista Bathroom fixtures by Kohler serving the sinks, shower and freestanding tub. Frameless glass shower doors swing on polished nickel hinges and shower walls are covered in stone tile with a smooth matte finish making cleaning nice and easy. Stone tile niches were created to hold 16 votive candles in the wall above the elevated tub for a relaxing spa-like experience.

Guest Bathroom: wall behind toilet
Above the toilet in the guest Bathroom, a custom designed shelving unit of smoked glass and stainless cables, suspend from the ceiling, provide additional storage as well as a place to display well-appointed accessory pieces. White marble laser cut in an oval shape, laid horizontally and embedded in gray grout, covers an entire wall spanning from the toilet and on into the shower.
In this Bathroom. The vanity and hanging smoked glass shelving are custom designs by Interior Designer Rebecca Robeson made specifically for this project.

Ranieri Construction LLCLinear fireplaces are fast becoming the design standard. The 60" double sided linear fireplace gives the best of both worlds: heat and views in both the master bathroom and bedroom. The 2 person Jacuzzi jetted tub is 60"x72" allowing ample soaking space to melt away. The homeowners added the optional Wenge wood top. The dark Emperor marble tiles, on the tub deck, continue into the shower surround. The mosaic accent tile is featured behind the sconces (on the cabinet wall) and in the shower as well for a cohesive blend of materials.

Sally Scott Interior DesignerA delightful blend of soft colors and textures. This sunny guest bathroom features a lime oaked vanity on legs, Carrara top and shaped drop in vintage looking sink, mosaic tile floor, a claw foot tub, and sweet cafe curtains.
UserBathed in Diana Royale marble, this elegant master bath offers the perfect spa-like retreat. Stained woodwork and heavily paneled Italianate door, also in a honey stain, compliment the marble and ivory plaster walls. Contrasting the warm neutral tones is polished nickel, which is the metal of choice for sconces, plumbing and hardware.
StoneWorks, Inc.Another shot of this very special master bathroom; from this view, we see the dressing rooms through the doorway. The Calacatta marble is luxurious and gorgeous and is a wonderful contrast to the simple white paneled walls. To the left are double vanities, with Calacatta Gold marble countertops.
Ice Interior Design LLCAfter photo of bath remodel. We removed the walk in shower for a zero threshold shower with tile in drain. Marble Mosaic on the floor and in the niche, Marble subway tiles throughout. Vanity was customized with a Dolomite white marble top.

StoneshopThis spacious master bathroom is bright and elegant. It features white Calacatta marble tile on the floor, wainscoting treatment, and enclosed glass shower. The same Calacatta marble is also used on the two vanity countertops. Our crew spent time planning out the installation of the gorgeous water-jet floor tile insert, as well as the detailed Calacatta slab wall treatment in the shower.
This beautiful space was designed by Arnie of Green Eyed Designs.

Middlefork Development LLCRising amidst the grand homes of North Howe Street, this stately house has more than 6,600 SF. In total, the home has seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms and three powder rooms. Designed with an extra-wide floor plan (21'-2"), achieved through side-yard relief, and an attached garage achieved through rear-yard relief, it is a truly unique home in a truly stunning environment.
The centerpiece of the home is its dramatic, 11-foot-diameter circular stair that ascends four floors from the lower level to the roof decks where panoramic windows (and views) infuse the staircase and lower levels with natural light. Public areas include classically-proportioned living and dining rooms, designed in an open-plan concept with architectural distinction enabling them to function individually. A gourmet, eat-in kitchen opens to the home's great room and rear gardens and is connected via its own staircase to the lower level family room, mud room and attached 2-1/2 car, heated garage.
The second floor is a dedicated master floor, accessed by the main stair or the home's elevator. Features include a groin-vaulted ceiling; attached sun-room; private balcony; lavishly appointed master bath; tremendous closet space, including a 120 SF walk-in closet, and; an en-suite office. Four family bedrooms and three bathrooms are located on the third floor.
This home was sold early in its construction process.
