Cotton + Ash InteriorsContemporary Master ensuite designed for a new build. The client requested a space which was extremely luxurious and held an atmosphere similar to a spa or hotel. We met this brief by choosing high-end finishes such as brass for the shower and taps which combined beautifully with the rich terrazzo and contemporary marble wall tiles. The spacious shower, freestanding bath and bespoke vanity unit with countertop sink add another level of luxury to the space.

From the parquet marble floors to the solid brass wall mount faucets, pedestal top sinks to the free-standing tub, this on-suite delivers grand presence and dramatic elegance. The classic lines marry seamlessly with the modern technology found in the Bluetooth capable effervescent tub, moisture sensing exhaust fan, and smart thermostat controlled radiant floors. This package conveys all the luxuries of modern living and all the style of a stately manor.
Kathy Kunz InteriorsWhen re-working a space, it pays to consider your priorities early on. We discussed the pros and cons of tearing out the bathroom and starting fresh vs. giving it a facelift. In the end, we decided that the buget was better spent on new solid oak herringbone flooring and new doors throughout. To give the space a more modern look, we opted to re-do the sink area with custom corian shelving and replaced all faucets for matte black ones. A lick of fresh, water-resistant paint, new lighting and some decorative elements (like the waffle towels seen left) gave the space a new lease of life.
UserSet within a classic 3 story townhouse in Clifton is this stunning ensuite bath and steam room. The brief called for understated luxury, a space to start the day right or relax after a long day. The space drops down from the master bedroom and had a large chimney breast giving challenges and opportunities to our designer. The result speaks for itself, a truly luxurious space with every need considered. His and hers sinks with a book-matched marble slab backdrop act as a dramatic feature revealed as you come down the steps. The steam room with wrap around bench has a built in sound system for the ultimate in relaxation while the freestanding egg bath, surrounded by atmospheric recess lighting, offers a warming embrace at the end of a long day.

• Une jolie robinetterie en laiton vient apporter la touche moderne et sophistiquée à l’ensemble, à laquelle viennent s’accorder les miroirs et les poignées, en laiton également.

A master bathroom that never been touched before transformed into a luxurious bathroom, bright, welcoming, fine bathroom.
The couple invested in great materials when they first bought their house so we were able to use the cabinets and reface the kitchen to show fresh and up-to-date look to it. The entire house was painted with a light color to open up the space and make it looks bigger.
In order to create a functional living room, we build a media center where now our couple and enjoy movie nights together.
Lori ShafferOur client wanted a clean and classic Master Bath Suite. Initially, I designed 3 different options, but option 1 was a home run for the client and also my favorite based on thier wishlist. The vanity and mirror are custom made for the space with a 12 step dark stain process that allows the depth of the grain to show through. It took about 10 sample runs to get the finish just right, not too red and not too dark. We built the massive mirror to "float" off the wall so that it would visually lighten the space. The shower glass was detailed so that it appears seamless against the shower bench. We used Carerra marble throughout.

Simply Bathroom SolutionsBy blocking up the two windows on this wall allowed us to install a long window to light the bath area. The use of marble tiles laid in a herringbone pattern adds an interesting dimension to the vanity area. Pink basins on a slim white Corian bench top ties the vanity area to the pink hexagon feature wall.

ACM InteriorsThe second-floor bath in this Brooklyn brownstone was a complete gut job. We covered 3 quarters of the walls in large-scale marble tile—but the glass enclosed shower features a pony wall of marble tile that continues onto the shower walls and ceiling. A vessel sink sits atop a white-granite vanity / countertop that's large enough to accommodate an adjacent sitting area. A huge freestanding soaking tub remains separate from the shower—we really made the most of this space without having to make major structural changes. Black hex tile with white grout covers the floor.
