TVL Creative Ltd.This project was not only full of many bathrooms but also many different aesthetics. The goals were fourfold, create a new master suite, update the basement bath, add a new powder bath and my favorite, make them all completely different aesthetics.
Primary Bath-This was originally a small 60SF full bath sandwiched in between closets and walls of built-in cabinetry that blossomed into a 130SF, five-piece primary suite. This room was to be focused on a transitional aesthetic that would be adorned with Calcutta gold marble, gold fixtures and matte black geometric tile arrangements.
Powder Bath-A new addition to the home leans more on the traditional side of the transitional movement using moody blues and greens accented with brass. A fun play was the asymmetry of the 3-light sconce brings the aesthetic more to the modern side of transitional. My favorite element in the space, however, is the green, pink black and white deco tile on the floor whose colors are reflected in the details of the Australian wallpaper.
Hall Bath-Looking to touch on the home's 70's roots, we went for a mid-mod fresh update. Black Calcutta floors, linear-stacked porcelain tile, mixed woods and strong black and white accents. The green tile may be the star but the matte white ribbed tiles in the shower and behind the vanity are the true unsung heroes.
Christopher's Kitchen & BathA mix of matte black, brushed brass and brushed nickel finishes compliments the multiple layers of luxurious finishes throughout this master bathroom suite. His & Hers stained walnut furniture-style vanities with matching mirrors and storage line the space, leading the eye to the beautiful freestanding bathtub.
Mount Baker RemodelingA complete bathroom remodel featuring extensive tile & stone work, full-comfort plumbing fixtures including spa tub and spacious shower with stone bench, custom sliding door, and double vanity with stone top.
Chester County Kitchen & BathWe remodeled this outdated bathroom transforming it into a new bathroom paradise. The new barrier free walk-in shower is a great new focal point. The tile design and installation are awesome. The porcelain tiles do a great job mimicking true marble without the downsides of natural stone. The simple lines to the new Fieldstone cabinetry in Inset construction with the Charlaine door style In Dove painted finish pop against the new blue painted walls. Nu heat under tile heated floors and new heated towel bars make sure your nice and warm when getting in and out of the shower. The shower bench seat and new vanity countertop are MSI Quartz in Calacatta Classique match the shower tiles seamlessly. The single glass panel in the shower prevents water from going outside the shower without detracting from the large open feel of the bathroom.
