Louise Mackay Interior DesignThis residential bathroom could easily be mistaken for a resort: a suburban sanctuary where colour speaks volumes and no detail is overlooked. The bathroom sits inside a stunning federation abode set in a heritage garden suburb of Newcastle. The design takes on a theatrical design concept that effortlessly pays respect to the vintage features of the home while creating an elegant and contemporary space for the client.

Maraya Interior DesignNew Moroccan Villa on the Santa Barbara Riviera, overlooking the Pacific ocean and the city. In this terra cotta and deep blue home, we used natural stone mosaics and glass mosaics, along with custom carved stone columns. Every room is colorful with deep, rich colors. In the master bath we used blue stone mosaics on the groin vaulted ceiling of the shower. All the lighting was designed and made in Marrakesh, as were many furniture pieces. The entry black and white columns are also imported from Morocco. We also designed the carved doors and had them made in Marrakesh. Cabinetry doors we designed were carved in Canada. The carved plaster molding were made especially for us, and all was shipped in a large container (just before covid-19 hit the shipping world!) Thank you to our wonderful craftsman and enthusiastic vendors!

HK DesignsOriginal Master bath remodeled to fit the master bedroom style. Added wall paper and kept beautiful windows for outdoors in living. Painted cabinetry to match master walls giving a cohesive feel. Custom lighting and hardware brings that modern rustic back in.
Louise Mackay Interior DesignA serene colour palette with shades of Dulux Bruin Spice and Nood Co peach concrete adds warmth to a south-facing bathroom, complemented by dramatic white floor-to-ceiling shower curtains. Finishes of handmade clay herringbone tiles, raw rendered walls and marbled surfaces adds texture to the bathroom renovation.

Жилой дом для семьи из 3-х человек. По желанию заказчиков под одной крышей собраны и жилые помещения, мастерская, зона бассейна и бани. На улице, но под общей крышей находится летняя кухня и зона барбекю. Интерьеры выполнены в строгом классическом стиле. Холл отделён от зоны гостиной и кухни – столовой конструкцией из порталов, выполненной из натурального дерева по индивидуальному проекту. В интерьерах применено множество индивидуальных изделий: витражные светильники, роспись, стеллажи для библиотеки.
Вместе с домом проектировался у участок. Благодаря этому удалось создать единую продуманную композицию , учесть множество нюансов, и заложить основы будущих элементов архитектуры участка, которые будут воплощены в будущем.
