309designThis beautiful, functional bathroom for the family's two daughters is a light, bright and modern space. The patterned tile floor speaks to a european influence, while the clean lined vanity mirrors the hue. The custom floating maple shelves give a clean, modern and functional storage component in a beautiful way. The frameless shower enclosure features white oversized tile with white penny rounds on the floor and the shampoo niche. A soothing space for a busy family.
Medina Exteriors & RemodelingWe gave the Chris an Sarah master bathroom an update by keeping the same location of everything but removing their large podium jetted tub and replacing it with an elegant free standing tub and faucet; removing their fiberglass surround shower and replacing with a deep tiled shower with bypass glass doors; and removing the carpeted/true tile section and installing luxury vinyl plank throughout. To make the space more unique, on top of their vanities we installed an open shelving counter cabinet with 2 drawers. Chris and Sarah did a great job of adding their touches on at the end with bathroom mats, touches of blue & grey towels, the hanging vanity mirrors (they supplied), and other nick knack décor.
SELECT KITCHEN & BATHThis bathroom originally had a tub, separate shower, and small vanity with limited storage. We relocated the shower and expanded it to fit two showerheads, two niches and a corner bench. We used carrara porcelain tile to keep costs down, and glass mosaic as an accent. This opened up the opposite wall for more vanity storage, which we accomplished using Crystal Cabinetry.

Plain & PoshThe homeowners wanted to improve the layout and function of their tired 1980’s bathrooms. The master bath had a huge sunken tub that took up half the floor space and the shower was tiny and in small room with the toilet. We created a new toilet room and moved the shower to allow it to grow in size. This new space is far more in tune with the client’s needs. The kid’s bath was a large space. It only needed to be updated to today’s look and to flow with the rest of the house. The powder room was small, adding the pedestal sink opened it up and the wallpaper and ship lap added the character that it needed
Laura Manchee DesignsThis bathroom underwent a full renovation and we converted a tub into a walk in shower. The shower walls are clad in a large format porcelain tile with a distinct wave pattern. The accent tile is a small multicolored penny round .
AmberthThis light filled bathroom uses porcelain tiles across the walls and floor, a composite stone worktop and a white a custom-made vanity unit helps to achieve a contemporary classic look. DesignbyRuchiThis is the kids bathroom and I wanted it to be playful. Adding geometry and pattern in the floor makes a bold fun statement. I used enhances subway tile with beautiful matte texture in two colors. I tiled the tub alcove dark blue with a full length niche for all the bath toys that accumulate. In the rest of the bathroom, I used white tiles. The custom Lacava vanity with a black open niche makes a strong statement here and jumps off against the white tiles.
I converted this bathroom from a shower to a tub to make it a kids bathroom. One of my favourite details here is the niche running the full length of the tub for the unlimited toys kids need to bring with them. The black schluter detail makes it more defined and draws the eye in. When they grow up, this bathroom stays cool enough for teenagers and always fun for guests.
