Simple StepsThis modern bathroom has a beige marble look porcelain tile on the floors and walls called Decoro Quadri. There are different colors and styles.
Rudloff Custom BuildersThis bathroom in the newly converted attic has weathered, medium gray porcelain floors laid in a herring bone pattern. The white, high gloss, European style vanity with a black front provides a sharp contrast. The shower is stunning. The white grout really makes the black hexagonal floor and vertical brick wall tiles pop.
We gutted and renovated this entire modern Colonial home in Bala Cynwyd, PA. Introduced to the homeowners through the wife’s parents, we updated and expanded the home to create modern, clean spaces for the family. Highlights include converting the attic into completely new third floor bedrooms and a bathroom; a light and bright gray and white kitchen featuring a large island, white quartzite counters and Viking stove and range; a light and airy master bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub; and a new exercise room in the basement.

Patience Designs Studio LtdThis St Johns Wood mansion block flat was one of our recent projects with a luxurious property developer in the area. We opened up spaces between the hallway, living area and kitchen to create a much more open feel throughout. A bespoke bench wrapped around the living space providing extra seating as well as storage whilst, keeping as much of the floor space free. Hidden cabling, Samsung Frame TV and biofires helped to add the luxuries without drawing away from the tranquillity.
Another view of the St Johns Wood mansion block flat, the modern kitchen layout with it's central island and induction hob and ceiling mounted extraction pendant above. The brushed bronze finish on the island's facade contrasts with the sleek minimal gloss white cabinetry for the rest of the kitchen.
Fantozzi Custom ConstructionThis shared hall bath has a vintage flair with a beautiful eclectic glass chandelier. The floor tile is 2" octagon white carrara marble with an inlay basket weave white carrara border. The wall tile a matching 2"x3" subway white carrara style porcelain tile. Clawfoot tub with telephone style faucet and low threshold walk-in shower with sliding barn doors give multiple bathing options. The room is completed with a console style sink and opaque barn door to keep the room feeling larger than a medium sized hall bath should. Small details like the bead board ceiling and the arabesque tile in the shower niche round out this fabulous hall bath makeover.
