Bathroom fittings are from the Burlington collection.
Chi Renovation & DesignA vintage bathroom that needed renovating to have a more up-to-date feel. For a fun, classic look, we made this bathroom black and white with a splash of metallic silver. We replaced the pedestal sink with a contemporary square, wall mounted sink & faucet, repainted the radiator, an accented black chair rail, and installed new black and white rectangular tile flooring.

Brad Cox, Architect, Inc.The bathroom has white subway tile with two different kinds of blue accent tile: hexagons on the floor, and rectangles arranged in a herringbone pattern in the wall niche. The shower has a glass enclosure with modern brass hardware. The wall-mounted toilet and vanity make cleaning the space easier and lend a sense of spaciousness. The cabinet above the toilet has open storage for pretty things and towels, and closed storage for practical items.

Talmadge Construction, Inc.A chrome faucet and simple soap holder are small simple details the contribute to the modern and simple style of this space. The floating vanity offers a clever look that also makes space for additional storage beneath the sink.

Chi Renovation & DesignThis bathroom renovation kept the vintage ambiance while incorporating a few contemporary finishes. We replaced the pedestal sink with a contemporary square, wall mounted sink & faucet, repainted the radiator in a glamorous silver color, installed octagon-designed floor tiles, new subway tile, designed a sleek medicine cabinet, and installed two shower shelves that were safe and out of reach from the client’s children.

REDinteriorIn this contemporary facelift we remodeled the guest bath using carrara marble tile, custom cabinetry and grohe faucetry
The Renowned GroupThis Guest bath was created by incorporating the original laundry room space off the kitchen. From a space-planning perspective, it made more sense to create a guest room and bath for needed value. This bath was a fun twist of light and dark keeping within our overall moody aesthetic.
