Bayswater InteriorsAnother project for client 'Garden Hideouts' - here we designed the 'Luxe' Pod which provides en-suite guest accommodation for home-owners with limited space or to be used in a commercial setting such as a B&B. The en-suite offers all that a guest could need with large shower with showerwall panels, and built in vanity with sink and loo.
KCBR Design | RemodelOur clients wanted a speakeasy vibe for their basement as they love to entertain. We achieved this look/feel with the dark moody paint color matched with the brick accent tile and beams. The clients have a big family, love to host and also have friends and family from out of town! The guest bedroom and bathroom was also a must for this space - they wanted their family and friends to have a beautiful and comforting stay with everything they would need! With the bathroom we did the shower with beautiful white subway tile. The fun LED mirror makes a statement with the custom vanity and fixtures that give it a pop. We installed the laundry machine and dryer in this space as well with some floating shelves. There is a booth seating and lounge area plus the seating at the bar area that gives this basement plenty of space to gather, eat, play games or cozy up! The home bar is great for any gathering and the added bedroom and bathroom make this the basement the perfect space!
L/L Design - Build - FurnishMaster restroom was completely remodeled with new 9’ dual sink custom cherry vanity with linen towers, LED canned lights, new solid quartz countertop, under mount sinks with chrom faucets, new polished chrome light fixtures, extra large walk-in shower complete with rain head, 6 body jets, hand held wand, bench seating with quartz top, shampoo box, and porcelain tile that resembles Calcutta marble.

Cabinet-S-TopIn this master bath, we installed new vanity that is Medallion Designer Gold, Central Park West Door in the Harvest Bronze Ebony Stain. The hardware is Top Knobs TK323 in brushed nickel. On the countertop, Corian in Cottage Lane with a 4” backsplash with two Kohler Caxton undermount white sinks with Moen Brantford wide spread lavoratory faucets in brushed nickel. Also, Moen Brantford Collection in Brushed Nickel: Posi Temp Shower Trim and Valve, Handshower with Slide Bar, towel bars, towel ring, paper holder and grab bars. Kohler Cimarron Comfort Height Toilet with grip tight toilet seat. Two Moen Oval tilting mirrors in brushed nickel with two Tanglewood Collection vanity light fixtures. On the floor, Tarkett permaston luxury vinyl in Cashmere.
