Christopher's Kitchen & BathThis large master is complete with a custom steam shower and separate water closet, utilizing the space and allowing for maximum privacy. The steam shower control also controls the shower function, keeping the focus on the beautiful tile, rather than the controls.
Each of the rustic wood vanities is topped with custom quartz and backlit blue glass sinks. The water closet features a large, frosted glass door, to allow light to pass through and maintain privacy.

Alair Homes PlanoThe clients wanted to turn their bathroom into a luxurious master suite. They liked the location of the tub and shower, so we kept the layout of the bathroom the same. We removed the wall paper and all finishes, fixtures and existing mirrors and started over.
Atrium Marte Perla porcelain flooring was installed which is tougher, more scratch resistant than other varieties, and more durable and resistant to stains. We added a beautiful Victoria+Albert Radford freestanding tub with a beautiful brushed nickel crystal chandelier above it. His and hers vanities were reconfigured with 'Lehigh' Quality Cabinets finished in Chiffon with Tuscan glaze with Venus White Marble counter tops. Two beautiful Restoration Hardware Ventian Beaded mirrors now mirrored each other across the bathroom, separated by the open corner display shelves for knickknacks and keepsakes. The shower remained the same footprint with two entrances but the window overlooking the bathtub changed sizes and directions. We lined the shower floor with a more contemporary Dolomite Terra Marine Marble Mosaic tile, surrounded by gray glossy ceramic tiles on the walls. The polished nickel hardware finished it off beautifully!

Reed ConstructionStock cabinets get an upgrade with a fresh coat of fruitwood stain by sherwin williams and a distress and glaze treatment. Knobs are from Jeffrey Alexander and can be found in most local home improvement stores.
The Buckingham GroupThis was the third house that we were involved in a Design/Build project for the owner over a period of 25 years. It represented the final stage in the life cycle of a home with five children to empty nesters and then to a home designed to accommodate their married children and grand children. The owners taste for the unusual is reflected in the exotic granite that was chosen for the shower walls and seat. Recognition of the aging process is shown with the addition of a safety grab bar and a skid free shower floor. This shower features dual access through two frameless shower doors and employs a high tech shower tower that enables the owners to create a variety of shower experiences.
Haus of Blaylock | Award-Winning DesignerThe master bathroom is the perfect combination of glamour and functionality. The contemporary lighting fixture, as well as the mirror sconces, light the room. His and her vessel sinks on a granite countertop allow for ample space. Hand treated cabinets line the wall underneath the counter gives plenty of storage. The metallic glass tiling above the tub shimmer in the light giving a glamorous hue to the room.

Project Scope and Objectives:
This design/build project encompassed a complete remodel of a large bathroom (approximately 140 sqft). Being a busy television director, the homeowner needed a comfortable space for her to use after a long day at work but also wanted a space that was as eclectic as her personality
Project Challenges:
The homeowner was interested in incorporating vintage and antique reclaimed pieces into the design. The biggest challenge faces was trying to integrate a hand carved reclaimed wood cabinetry and an ultra-modern sink with modern conveniences, while keeping with the Mediterranean style of the house.
Project Solutions:
Pebbled flooring and travertine wall tiling were installed along with the salvaged vanity pieces and modern vanity fixtures perfectly marrying the Mediterranean architecture of the house to the very eclectic taste of the client.
