Ideal Homes Design and StagingCompletely renovated home in San Diego. We remodeled this home from the ground up. The inspiration for the design of this house was the black scroll design decorative tile in the master bathroom shower. We incorporated black accents throughout by adding a black iron staircase, black glass tile on the fireplace and a medallion with black accents in the entry way.
Chi Renovation & DesignA remodel of this ensuite bathroom was needed in order to give it the natural, luxurious feel the client wanted. We increased the size of the walk-in shower, added a new shower seat, and used herringbone design tiles for the wall, river pebbles for the shower floor, and black and gold glass for the shower niche. We equipped the shower with a rainfall shower head, handheld body spray, and a skylight which allows warm, natural sunlight to stream in.
The rest of the bathroom features a floating linen cabinet, floating double sink vanity, three cylindrical lights, and dark brown tiles.

Custom Creative RemodelingThe existing tub and shower in this master bathroom were removed to create more space for a curbless, walk in shower. 4" x 8" brick style tile on the shower walls, and pebble tile on the shower floor bring in the warm earth tones the clients desired. Venetian bronze fixtures complete the rustic feel for this charming master shower!

Black Forest Design and BuildOur clients were aging in place and wanted a curbless shower and large shower bench to meet certain functionality needs. We incorporated both of these wishes into our design and also made the shower larger within space. We utilized the current structure so we did not to do any re-framing into the client's hallway. Within the confines of the existing framing we maximized the space be creating an L shaped bench and niche, adding additional space for seating, storage, and a little extra design flare that really sets the shower space off!
