eat.bathe.liveOur Armadale residence was a converted warehouse style home for a young adventurous family with a love of colour, travel, fashion and fun. With a brief of “artsy”, “cosmopolitan” and “colourful”, we created a bright modern home as the backdrop for our Client’s unique style and personality to shine. Incorporating kitchen, family bathroom, kids bathroom, master ensuite, powder-room, study, and other details throughout the home such as flooring and paint colours.

Materials + Methods DesignThis bathroom was stripped to the studs; removing floor to ceiling tile, a built-in jet bathtub, and closed off water closet and walk-in closet. All plumbing locations stayed as-is to reduce timeline and save on costs which could be allocated towards the custom vanity and closing off 1 window. The goal was an open concept, spa-inspired space.
Kelly Brasch InteriorsA few minor changes to this bathroom floorplan made for an amazing space! The patterened marble accent wall oversized capiz pendant light fixture are show stopping features coupled with the timeless marble tile, quartz countertops, warm grey wood stained cabinetry and satin brass fixtures.
In the DeetsModern master bathroom remodel featuring custom finishes throughout. A simple yet rich palette, brass and black fixtures, and warm wood tones make this a luxurious suite.

H2D Architecture + DesignThis is the ultimate wet-room. The arched ceiling creates a roman feel and perfectly frames in the back wall and highlights the freestanding tub. The herringbone floor tile adds visual interest as well.

Mon Concept HabitationL’élégance par excellence
Il s’agit d’une rénovation totale d’un appartement de 60m2; L’objectif ? Moderniser et revoir l’ensemble de l’organisation des pièces de cet appartement vieillot. Nos clients souhaitaient une esthétique sobre, élégante et ouvrir les espaces.
Notre équipe d’architecte a ainsi travaillé sur une palette de tons neutres : noir, blanc et une touche de bois foncé pour adoucir le tout. Une conjugaison qui réussit à tous les coups ! Un des exemples les plus probants est sans aucun doute la cuisine. Véritable écrin contemporain, la cuisine @ikeafrance noire trône en maître et impose son style avec son ilot central. Les plans de travail et le plancher boisés font échos enter eux, permettant de dynamiser l’ensemble.
Le salon s’ouvre avec une verrière fixe pour conserver l’aspect traversant. La verrière se divise en deux parties car nous avons du compter avec les colonnes techniques verticales de l’immeuble (qui ne peuvent donc être enlevées).

Let's RemodelIn this bathroom, the client wanted the contrast of the white subway tile and the black hexagon tile. We tiled up the walls and ceiling to create a wet room feeling.
