Представляем вашему вниманию часть дизайн-проекта в ЖК Дом на Набережной @domnn_nn в Нижнем Новгороде.
На этапе проектирования зоны ванной комнаты, главной задачей итальянского дизайнера Массимо Фраттези @massimo.f92 было создать не только изысканный интерьер, но и заложить в нем эргономичность и многофункциональность, обеспечив комфортное пользование помещением для пары с двумя детьми.
Натуральные материалы, утонченные линии, геометрия рисунка вместе с итальянским вкусом создают весь характер данного проекта.
И, конечно же, благодаря компании RAVAK @ravak_ru задуманное удалось воплотить в реальность.

We worked with Paris-based design architects Lia Kiladis and Christine Ilex Beinemeier to delver a clean, timeless and modern design that maximises space in a small house, converting a tiny attic into a third bedroom and still finding space for two home offices - one of which is in a plywood clad garden studio.

Une attention particulière a été apportées à l'esthétique épurée de la pièce mais aussi à l'optimisation des espaces avec un maximum de rangements dont la machine à laver , cachée dans le grand dressing du fond.
Mon Concept HabitationPour ce projet, nous avons travaillé de concert avec notre cliente. L’objectif était d’ouvrir les espaces et rendre l’appartement le plus lumineux possible. Pour ce faire, nous avons absolument TOUT cassé ! Seuls vestiges de l’ancien appartement : 2 poteaux, les chauffages et la poutre centrale.
Nous avons ainsi réagencé toutes les pièces, supprimé les couloirs et changé les fenêtres. La palette de couleurs était principalement blanche pour accentuer la luminosité; le tout ponctué par des touches de couleurs vert-bleues et boisées. Résultat : des pièces de vie ouvertes, chaleureuses qui baignent dans la lumière.
De nombreux rangements, faits maison par nos experts, ont pris place un peu partout dans l’appartement afin de s’inscrire parfaitement dans l’espace. Exemples probants de notre savoir-faire : le meuble bleu dans la chambre parentale ou encore celui en forme d’arche.
Grâce à notre process et notre expérience, la rénovation de cet appartement de 100m2 a duré 4 mois et coûté env. 100 000 euros #MonConceptHabitation
Spin DesignThe renovated bathroom and laundry, they now offer improved functionality and unmatched storage solutions. The cabinetry design provides convenient drawers beneath the washer and dryer, along with ample storage options on the sides and above.
While small bathrooms may pose spatial limitations, they also offer unique advantages and can be creatively utilized to enhance functionality and style.
The close proximity of fixtures and elements fosters a more intimate atmosphere and reduces the need to navigate large expanses of empty space. This results in a more comforting and comforting bathroom experience.
The use of a "Resene Cut Glass" feature paint to the vanity wall adds a touch of elegance, individuality, and sophistication to the bathroom, providing a point of difference.
