Jordan Design-Build GroupBy creating a U-shaped layout, we clearly defined the chef’s domain and created a circulation path that limits disruptions in the heart of the kitchen. While still an open concept, the black cabinets, bar height counter and change in flooring all add definition to the space. The brass lighting and hardware are a nice counterpoint to the black and white finishes.

Our design process allows us to spend more time working on our customer’s designs. restyle design, llcThis ranch was a complete renovation! We took it down to the studs and redesigned the space for this young family. We opened up the main floor to create a large kitchen with two islands and seating for a crowd and a dining nook that looks out on the beautiful front yard. We created two seating areas, one for TV viewing and one for relaxing in front of the bar area. We added a new mudroom with lots of closed storage cabinets, a pantry with a sliding barn door and a powder room for guests. We raised the ceilings by a foot and added beams for definition of the spaces. We gave the whole home a unified feel using lots of white and grey throughout with pops of orange to keep it fun.

Benvenuti and SteinA major change was to close off one of the 2 windows in the kitchen. For this, there was lots of concern that it might be dark; however, trust is such an important part of the process, and they trusted our vision. The north window is not missed and in its place, the cooktop and hood with an attractive backsplash became the focal point of the kitchen.

A Direct Cabinet Distributor CorpThe warmth of quarter sawn oak is one of a kind. It's a great choice when looking for a natural, neutral cabinet. In this project, it was paired with a simple white quartz countertop. And it's golden natural hue was emphasized with gold hardware, and wicker pendants.
Curtis Lumber Ballston SpaThis inviting gourmet kitchen designed by Curtis Lumber Co., Inc. is perfect for the entertaining lifestyle of the homeowners who wanted a modern farmhouse kitchen in a new construction build. The look was achieved by mixing in a warmer white finish on the upper cabinets with warmer wood tones for the base cabinets and island. The cabinetry is Merillat Masterpiece, Ganon Full overlay Evercore in Warm White Suede sheen on the upper cabinets and Ganon Full overlay Cherry Barley Suede sheen on the base cabinets and floating shelves. The leg of the island has a beautiful taper to it providing a beautiful architectural detail. Shiplap on the window wall and on the back of the island adds a little extra texture to the space. A microwave drawer in a base cabinet, placed near the refrigerator, creates a separate cooking zone. Tucked in on the outskirts of the kitchen is a beverage refrigerator providing easy access away from cooking areas Ascendra Pulls from Tob Knobs in flat black adorn the cabinetry.

The kitchen uses a clean and fresh colour scheme with White Quartz worktops and Inchyra Blue painted handleless cabinets throughout. The ultra-sleek large island provides a stunning centrepiece and makes a statement with its wraparound worktop. A convenient seating area is cleverly created around the island, allowing the perfect space for informal dining.
