smarterBATHROOMS+The downstairs bathroom the clients were wanting a space that could house a freestanding bath at the end of the space, a larger shower space and a custom- made cabinet that was made to look like a piece of furniture. A nib wall was created in the space offering a ledge as a form of storage. The reference of black cabinetry links back to the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom, whilst the consistency of the classic look was again shown through the use of subway tiles and patterned floors.

DANIELLE Interior Design & DecorAdding double faucets in a wall mounted sink to this guest bathroom is such a fun way for the kids to brush their teeth. Keeping the walls white and adding neutral tile and finishes makes the room feel fresh and clean.
Carlton EdwardsThe master suite pulls from this dark bronze pallet. A custom stain was created from the exterior. The exterior mossy bronze-green on the window sashes and shutters was the inspiration for the stain. The walls and ceilings are planks and then for a calming and soothing effect, custom window treatments that are in a dark bronze velvet were added. In the master bath, it feels like an enclosed sleeping porch, The vanity is placed in front of the windows so there is a view out to the lake when getting ready each morning. Custom brass framed mirrors hang over the windows. The vanity is an updated design with random width and depth planks. The hardware is brass and bone. The countertop is lagos azul limestone.

In this bathroom design, we embraced a bright, airy ambience with neutral palettes accented by playful splashes of beautiful blue. The result is a space that combines serenity and a touch of fun.

Oxbow & Olin Design StudioModern and sleek bathroom with black, white and gray. Black shaker cabinets with ample drawer storage and full height linen. Tie-dye gray and black Noble Marble countertops add a boho touch to this modern bathroom. A bold and edgy wall mount faucet from Waterworks adds a modern touch. The shower has simple white ceramic subway tiles with a grid pattern and contrasting black grout, accented by a unique cross shaped shampoo niche. Black basalt chevron on the shower pan ties in the modern black, white and gray hexagon floor. Two round mirrors overlap for a designer look. This bathroom is finished off by knurled black CB2 hardware and 2 hanging pendants from Mitzi with gorgeous chrome dipped light bulbs.
