Sara-Int Renovations Ltd.Modern attic teenager's room with a mezzanine adorned with a metal railing. Maximum utilization of small space to create a comprehensive living room with a relaxation area. An inversion of the common solution of placing the relaxation area on the mezzanine was applied. Thus, the room was given a consistently neat appearance, leaving the functional area on top. The built-in composition of cabinets and bookshelves does not additionally take up space. Contrast in the interior colours scheme was applied, focusing attention on visually enlarging the space while drawing attention to clever decorative solutions.The use of velux window allowed for natural daylight to illuminate the interior, supplemented by Astro and LED lighting, emphasizing the shape of the attic.
Nicole Arnold InteriorsWe transformed a Georgian brick two-story built in 1998 into an elegant, yet comfortable home for an active family that includes children and dogs. Although this Dallas home’s traditional bones were intact, the interior dark stained molding, paint, and distressed cabinetry, along with dated bathrooms and kitchen were in desperate need of an overhaul. We honored the client’s European background by using time-tested marble mosaics, slabs and countertops, and vintage style plumbing fixtures throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. We balanced these traditional elements with metallic and unique patterned wallpapers, transitional light fixtures and clean-lined furniture frames to give the home excitement while maintaining a graceful and inviting presence. We used nickel lighting and plumbing finishes throughout the home to give regal punctuation to each room. The intentional, detailed styling in this home is evident in that each room boasts its own character while remaining cohesive overall.
Everything HomeThis home renovation project transformed unused, unfinished spaces into vibrant living areas. Each exudes elegance and sophistication, offering personalized design for unforgettable family moments.
This bedroom boasts spacious bunk beds and a thoughtfully designed entertainment unit. The serene blue and white palette sets the tone for relaxation, while statement lights add a touch of contemporary elegance.

Focus: The overall focus for the design of this amazing play-yard was to provide this family with an outdoor space that would foster an active and creative playtime for their children of various ages. The visual focus of this space is the 15-foot tree placed in the middle of the turf yard. This fantastic structure beacons the children to climb the mini stumps and enjoy the slide or swing happily from the branches all the while creating a touch of whimsical nature. Surrounding the tree the play-yard offers an array of activities for these lucky children from the chalkboard walls to create amazing pictures to the custom ball wall to practice their skills, the custom myWall system provides endless options for the kids and parents to keep the space exciting and new. Rock holds easily clip into the wall offering ever changing climbing routes, custom water toys and games can also be adapted to the wall to fit the fun of the day. Storage: The myWall system offers various storage options including shelving, closed cases or hanging baskets all of which can be moved to alternate locations on the wall as the homeowners want to customize the play-yard. Growth: The myWall system is built to grow with the users whether it is with changing taste, updating design or growing children, all the accessories can be moved or replaced while leaving the main frame in place. Lovelace InteriorsCustom built-in bunk beds: We utilized the length and unique shape of the room by building a double twin-over-full bunk wall. This picture is also before a grasscloth wallcovering was installed on the wall behind the bunks.
DecorbuddiWe were tasked with the challenge of injecting colour and fun into what was originally a very dull and beige property. Choosing bright and colourful wallpapers, playful patterns and bold colours to match our wonderful clients’ taste and personalities, careful consideration was given to each and every independently-designed room.
