Schloegel Design RemodelWe used the concept of a European wet room to maximize shower space. The natural and aqua color scheme is carried through here and seen in the unique tile inset. The straight lines of the brick set tile are offset by the organic pebble floor.
Carolina Tile & Stone IncA slab of Caribbean Calcite adorns one shower wall while classic, larger 3x12 white subway tiles accompany the other. The shower floor is a Ming Green stone mosaic that complements the slab perfectly.
TreHus Architects+Interior Designers+BuildersThe owners of this South Minneapolis home wished to renovate their outdated bath to create a relaxing, therapeutic, master suite. Fixtures were flipped within the room, creating more space and minimizing compartmentalization. Clean 3x6 Subway tiles were paired with dark grout for a crisp feel. The floor, though simple and unembellished, forms a strong contrast against the wall color and dark vanity.
Southern Places, Inc.Client previously had a standard pre-fab molded shower with a curtain. She asked for a complete upgrade with full length glass doors, stone/pebble floor, porcelain wall tile with accent of iridescent glass mosaic tile. Fixtures and hardware are in a satin brass finish.

Riddle Construction & DesignBlending knotty alder cabinets with classic quartz countertops, subway tile and rich oak flooring makes this open plan kitchen a warm retreat. Wrapped posts now replace previous structural walls and flank the extra-large island. Pro appliances, an apron sink and heavy hardware completes the rustic look. The adjacent bathroom features the same materials along with trendy encaustic floor tile for fun.
Karen Kempf InteriorsA farmhouse style was achieved in this new construction home by keeping the details clean and simple. Shaker style cabinets and square stair parts moldings set the backdrop for incorporating our clients’ love of Asian antiques. We had fun re-purposing the different pieces she already had: two were made into bathroom vanities; and the turquoise console became the star of the house, welcoming visitors as they walk through the front door.
