Home ICビフォーの写真を見ていただくとわかりますが、完全に配置をシャッフルしました。昨今の奥行きの深い洗濯機は一番奥に、手前が浅くて（45センチ）広い収納です。
クロスがグレー系のカテゴリーになってはいますがLED照明下でピンクぽく見えるので、収納扉を淡いピンクにしました。小さな取手もそれに合うよう、こだわって選びました。
収納内はシンプルに棚柱+棚受け+棚板ですが、1.5センチピッチの棚柱を採用し、引き出しを入れても遊びがあまりなく、ひっくり返らないように工夫しています。
洗面台はたっぷり１００センチ幅で、収納付き三面鏡と、その上の壁にリネストラランプ風のブラケット照明を設置、顔を照らす明かりをソフトなものにしました。
株式会社REGARD（リガード）洗面台はホテルライクなツーボウル仕上げにしました。ワイドな高窓から光が差して朝は清々しく、夜はワイドミラーの間接照明でやわらかく、ムーディに。「リラックスタイムをくつろいで過ごせるように」（Oさま）と、浴室はシックで落ち着きのある色合いに仕上げました。
グッドライフ黒田工務所開放的に窓を開けて過ごすリビングがほしい。
広いバルコニーから花火大会をみたい。
ワンフロアで完結できる家事動線がほしい。
お風呂に入りながら景色みれたらいいな。
オークとタモをつかってナチュラルな雰囲気に。
家族みんなでいっぱい考え、たったひとつ間取りにたどり着いた。
光と風を取り入れ、快適に暮らせるようなつくりを。
そんな理想を取り入れた建築計画を一緒に考えました。
そして、家族の想いがまたひとつカタチになりました。

WoodwaysA soft seafoam green is used in this Woodways laundry room. This helps to connect the cabinetry to the flooring as well as add a simple element of color into the more neutral space. A built in unit for the washer and dryer allows for basket storage below for easy transfer of laundry. A small counter at the end of the wall serves as an area for folding and hanging clothes when needed.
LNDesignsThis reconfiguration project was a classic case of rooms not fit for purpose, with the back door leading directly into a home-office (not very productive when the family are in and out), so we reconfigured the spaces and the office became a utility room.
The area was kept tidy and clean with inbuilt cupboards, stacking the washer and tumble drier to save space. The Belfast sink was saved from the old utility room and complemented with beautiful Victorian-style mosaic flooring.
Now the family can kick off their boots and hang up their coats at the back door without muddying the house up!
