Morse DesignLaundry renovation, makeover in the St. Ives Country Club development in Duluth, Ga. Added wallpaper and painted cabinetry and trim a matching blue in the Thibaut Wallpaper. McCabe By Design LLCThe laundry machines are paired with an under mount utility sink with air dry rods above. Extra deep cabinet storage above the washer/dryer provide easy access to laundry detergents, etc. Under cabinet lighting keeps this land locked laundry room feeling light and bright.
The washing machine has a moisture sensor installed underneath it.

Courtney Thomas DesignWe reimagined a closed-off room as a mighty mudroom with a pet spa for the Pasadena Showcase House of Design 2020. It features a dog bath with Japanese tile and a dog-bone drain, storage for the kids’ gear, a dog kennel, a wi-fi enabled washer/dryer, and a steam closet.

Metropolitan Design ConceptsKeep everything organized in 1 room! We loved creating this mud room/laundry room for our clients. This gorgeous space features built-in cabinetry and a beautiful area to make the laundry fun.
Medford RemodelingThe completed laundry room remodel features a full-sized refrigerator with large storage cabinets above. A long 3 CM Granite counter space was installed extending the length of the wall beside the fridge, perfect for folding and sorting laundry. Below the counter are 4 pull-out laundry baskets for convenient organization. Above the counter is a clothing rack for hanging items and individual cabinets for added storage space.

Eyoh DesignGuadalajara, San Clemente Coastal Modern Remodel
This major remodel and addition set out to take full advantage of the incredible view and create a clear connection to both the front and rear yards. The clients really wanted a pool and a home that they could enjoy with their kids and take full advantage of the beautiful climate that Southern California has to offer. The existing front yard was completely given to the street, so privatizing the front yard with new landscaping and a low wall created an opportunity to connect the home to a private front yard. Upon entering the home a large staircase blocked the view through to the ocean so removing that space blocker opened up the view and created a large great room.
Indoor outdoor living was achieved through the usage of large sliding doors which allow that seamless connection to the patio space that overlooks a new pool and view to the ocean. A large garden is rare so a new pool and bocce ball court were integrated to encourage the outdoor active lifestyle that the clients love.
The clients love to travel and wanted display shelving and wall space to display the art they had collected all around the world. A natural material palette gives a warmth and texture to the modern design that creates a feeling that the home is lived in. Though a subtle change from the street, upon entering the front door the home opens up through the layers of space to a new lease on life with this remodel.
