Cabinet-S-TopIn this bathroom, the customer wanted to incorporate the laundry room into the space. We removed the existing tub and installed the washer and dryer area. We installed a Medallion Silverline White Icing Painted Lancaster Doors with feet Vanity with Bianca Luna Laminate countertops. The same countertop was used above the washer/dryer for a laundry folding station. Beaded Wall Panels were installed on the walls and Nafco Luxuary Vinyl Tile (Modern Slate with Grout Joint) was used for the flooring.
Mon Concept HabitationZoom sur la rénovation partielle d’un récent projet livré au cœur du 15ème arrondissement de Paris. Occupé par les propriétaires depuis plus de 10 ans, cet appartement familial des années 70 avait besoin d’un vrai coup de frais !
Nos équipes sont intervenues dans l’entrée, la cuisine, le séjour et la salle de bain.
Pensée telle une pièce maîtresse, l’entrée de l’appartement casse les codes avec un magnifique meuble toute hauteur vert aux lignes courbées. Son objectif : apporter caractère et modernité tout en permettant de simplifier la circulation dans les différents espaces. Vous vous demandez ce qui se cache à l’intérieur ? Une penderie avec meuble à chaussures intégré, de nombreuses étagères et un bureau ouvert idéal pour télétravailler.
Autre caractéristique essentielle sur ce projet ? La luminosité. Dans le séjour et la cuisine, il était nécessaire d’apporter une touche de personnalité mais surtout de mettre l’accent sur la lumière naturelle. Dans la cuisine qui donne sur une charmante église, notre architecte a misé sur l’association du blanc et de façades en chêne signées Bocklip. En écho, on retrouve dans le couloir et dans la pièce de vie de sublimes verrières d’artiste en bois clair idéales pour ouvrir les espaces et apporter douceur et esthétisme au projet.
Enfin, on craque pour sa salle de bain spacieuse avec buanderie cachée.
Boxwood AvenueDelve into the vintage modern charm of our laundry room design from the Rocky Terrace project by Boxwood Avenue Interiors. Painted in a striking green hue, this space seamlessly combines vintage elements with contemporary functionality. A monochromatic color scheme, featuring Sherwin Williams' "Dried Thyme," bathes the room in a soothing, harmonious ambiance. Vintage-inspired plumbing fixtures and bridge faucets above a classic apron front sink add an intentional touch, while dark oil-rubbed bronze hardware complements timeless shaker cabinets. Beadboard backsplash and a peg rail break up the space beautifully, with a herringbone brick floor providing a classic twist. Carefully curated vintage decor pieces from the Mercantile and unexpected picture lights above artwork add sophistication, making this laundry room more than just utilitarian but a charming, functional space. Riverside Construction, LLCNot surprising, mudrooms are gaining in popularity, both for their practical and functional use. This busy Lafayette family was ready to build a mudroom of their own.
Riverside Construction helped them plan a mudroom layout that would work hard for the home. The design plan included combining three smaller rooms into one large, well-organized space. Several walls were knocked down and an old cabinet was removed, as well as an unused toilet.
As part of the remodel, a new upper bank of cabinets was installed along the wall, which included open shelving perfect for storing backpacks to tennis rackets. In addition, a custom wainscoting back wall was designed to hold several coat hooks. For shoe changing, Riverside Construction added a sturdy built-in bench seat and a lower bank of open shelves to store shoes. The existing bathroom sink was relocated to make room for a large closet.
To finish this mudroom/laundry room addition, the homeowners selected a fun pop of color for the walls and chose easy-to-clean, durable 13 x 13 tile flooring for high-trafficked areas.
