Alexander TischlerIn the laundry room, we organized a full-fledged amenities place: there are washing and drying machines, a water heater and water filters above them. There is enough space for a stroller, vacuum cleaners and suitcases, and there is also room for ironing clothes.

12/12 Architects & PlannersThis 1990s brick home had decent square footage and a massive front yard, but no way to enjoy it. Each room needed an update, so the entire house was renovated and remodeled, and an addition was put on over the existing garage to create a symmetrical front. The old brown brick was painted a distressed white.
The 500sf 2nd floor addition includes 2 new bedrooms for their teen children, and the 12'x30' front porch lanai with standing seam metal roof is a nod to the homeowners' love for the Islands. Each room is beautifully appointed with large windows, wood floors, white walls, white bead board ceilings, glass doors and knobs, and interior wood details reminiscent of Hawaiian plantation architecture.
The kitchen was remodeled to increase width and flow, and a new laundry / mudroom was added in the back of the existing garage. The master bath was completely remodeled. Every room is filled with books, and shelves, many made by the homeowner.

Charles W Day DesignWe converted what used to be a kitchen for one of the apartments into a small laundry room and powder room. This serves as the connecting space between the outdoor living space and the den.
Spin DesignHaving a bench along the whole wall makes for a statement and provides great bench space to fold clothes. Behind bifold doors we added storage shelving units, which provide linen and additional overflow storage. The client is over the moon about the additional storage!

John Webb Construction and DesignCustom Built home designed to fit on an undesirable lot provided a great opportunity to think outside of the box with creating a large open concept living space with a kitchen, dining room, living room, and sitting area. This space has extra high ceilings with concrete radiant heat flooring and custom IKEA cabinetry throughout. The master suite sits tucked away on one side of the house while the other bedrooms are upstairs with a large flex space, great for a kids play area!
Sweeney Design RemodelFor the laundry room, we designed the space to incorporate a new stackable washer and dryer. In addition, we installed new upper cabinets that were extended to the ceiling for additional storage.
