Sarco Architects Costa Rica - CaribbeanBraheem Residence's social area is enclosed by glass windows nonetheless the architectural design considered this and protected the space from the sun with the position of the mass of the second floor bedrooms. This helps to keep energy costs down by reducing to a minimum the solar gain in these glazed areas. This living space is therefore only exposed to the morning sun coming from the east, but the topography going uphill to the east combined with dense trees that were maintained on that side of the property provide natural shading as well.

This client wanted a system that was easy for anyone in the family to use with ease. We solved this by used the "main brain" of Control 4 to put all of their technology on one platform that could be accessed from any smart device or remote in the house. We achieved a sleek look by creating a custom milled cabinet for the TV.
The client wanted to have a stationary home control center by their entry door to have easy access to all the technology in the house.This touchpad controls all the technology in the house including all the Tv's in the home and all the video sources; such as roku, apple TV, blue ray, cable boxes, lightning controls, temperature controls, home security, sound, blinds and any other technology you wish to have in your home. This was a simple solution for the entire family to be able to use.
Security was really important for these homeowners so we placed a keyless/remote entry on their door for wireless access and then placed a camera inside the door. This allowed the home owners to open the door when packages arrived and let the person in see that they put the package inside and relock the door on exit.

S T U D I O 8 ArchitectWe got to design this open space in a new construction building from scratch. We designed a space that worked with our client's busy family and social life. We created a space that they can comfortably entertain clients, friends, and grandkids.
Mon Concept HabitationPour ce projet, notre client souhaitait rénover son appartement haussmannien de 130 m² situé dans le centre de Paris. Il était mal agencé, vieillissant et le parquet était en très mauvais état.
Nos équipes ont donc conçu un appartement plus fonctionnel en supprimant des cloisons et en redistribuant les pièces. Déplacer les chambres a permis d’agrandir la salle de bain, élégante grâce à son marbre blanc et ses touches de noir mat.
Des éléments sur mesure viennent s’intégrer comme la tête de lit éclairée de la chambre parentale, les différents dressings ou encore la grande bibliothèque du salon. Derrière cette dernière se cache le système de climatisation dont on aperçoit la grille d’aération bien dissimulée.
La pièce à vivre s’ouvre et permet un grand espace de réception peint dans des tons doux apaisants. La cuisine Ikea noire et blanche a été conçue la plus fonctionnelle possible, grâce à son grand îlot central qui invite à la convivialité.
Les moulures, cheminée et parquet ont été rénovés par nos professionnels de talent pour redonner à cet appartement haussmannien son éclat d’antan.
