Qualche IKEA HACK, qualche arredo su misura, qualche DIY e molta fantasia! Nel living il divano Ikea è stato modificato e rivestito con un nuovo tessuto.

Maison BonnetLe coaching concernait la pièce de vie, composée de l'entrée, d'une partie salle à manger et d'une partie salon.
Après un 1er rendez-vous d'1h30 (qui correspond à la formule "RDV coaching déco" que vous pouvez réservez directement sur le site), au cours duquel la cliente m'a expliqué ses envies elle a reçu un compte-rendu illustré, reprenant la palette de couleurs choisies, et les solutions de décoration et d'aménagement.
La cliente a souhaité compléter la formule conseils par des 3D afin de bien visualiser la future pièce, et ce sont les visuels que vous allez découvrir dans les prochains jours !

Polygona“Il mix fra modernità e tradizione vi permetterà di creare spazi eleganti, caldi e accoglienti. ”
Questa giovane coppia, ci ha affidato le chiavi della loro zona soggiorno/cucina, con l’obbiettivo di ottenere un ambiente contemporaneo con accenni al rustico;
la zona nonostante abbia delle aperture molto ampie non prende mai la luce diretta del sole a causa della sua esposizione, quindi l’obbiettivo era cercare di non rendere cupo l’ambiente rispettando il loro desiderio di stile.
Vi erano poi due richieste fondamentali: come fare a rendere quel grosso pilastro parte dell’ambiente che proprio non piace, e come rendere utile la nicchia a lato della scala che porta al piano di sopra...
Abbiamo progettato ogni singolo dettaglio, rimanendo sempre attenti al budget messo a disposizione dai clienti, uscendo anche dagli schemi quando necessario per dare maggior carattere a questa villetta.
Un must del progetto è sicuramente in camino ad acqua, con un effetto molto bello, permette anche a chi non ha la possibilità fisica di godere di un vero e proprio fuoco.
Il nostro primo obbiettivo era quella di realizzare i loro desideri, per farli sentire a casa!

We painted the radiator so it effectively disappears in the room. This was a less expensive option than either replacing the radiator or having it covered.

Designed as a home and studio for a photographer and his young family, Lightbox is located on a peninsula that extends south from British Columbia across the border to Point Roberts. The densely forested site lies beside a 180-acre park that overlooks the Strait of Georgia, the San Juan Islands and the Puget Sound.
Having experienced the world from under a black focusing cloth and large format camera lens, the photographer has a special fondness for simplicity and an appreciation of unique, genuine and well-crafted details.
The home was made decidedly modest, in size and means, with a building skin utilizing simple materials in a straightforward yet innovative configuration. The result is a structure crafted from affordable and common materials such as exposed wood two-bys that form the structural frame and directly support a prefabricated aluminum window system of standard glazing units uniformly sized to reduce the complexity and overall cost.
Accessed from the west on a sloped boardwalk that bisects its two contrasting forms, the house sits lightly on the land above the forest floor.
A south facing two-story glassy cage for living captures the sun and view as it celebrates the interplay of light and shadow in the forest. To the north, stairs are contained in a thin wooden box stained black with a traditional Finnish pine tar coating. Narrow apertures in the otherwise solid dark wooden wall sharply focus the vibrant cropped views of the old growth fir trees at the edge of the deep forest.
Lightbox is an uncomplicated yet powerful gesture that enables one to view the subtlety and beauty of the site while providing comfort and pleasure in the constantly changing light of the forest.

ALTS DESIGN OFFICE (アルツ デザイン オフィス)コア型収納で職住を別ける家
本計画は、京都市左京区にある築30年、床面積73㎡のマンショリノベーションです。
リモートワークをされるご夫婦で作業スペースと生活のスペースをゆるやかに分ける必要がありました。
そこで、マンション中心部にコアとなる収納を設け職と住を分ける計画としました。
約6ｍのカウンターデスクと背面には、収納を設けています。コンパクトにまとめられた
ワークスペースは、人の最小限の動作で作業ができるスペースとなっています。また、
ふんだんに設けられた収納スペースには、仕事の物だけではなく、趣味の物なども収納
することができます。仕事との物と、趣味の物がまざりあうことによっても、ゆとりがうまれています。
近年リモートワークが増加している中で、職と住との関係性が必要となっています。
多様化する働き方と住まいの考えかたをコア型収納でゆるやかに繋げることにより、
ONとOFFを切り替えながらも、豊かに生活ができる住宅となりました。

Post-produzione: aggiustamenti base immagine; fusione manuale di livelli con differente esposizione per produrre un'immagine ad alto intervallo dinamico ma realistica; rimozione elementi di disturbo. Obiettivo commerciale: realizzazione fotografie di complemento ad annunci su siti web agenzia immobiliare; pubblicità su social network; pubblicità a stampa (principalmente volantini e pieghevoli).
LAURA MARINIUna libreria bifacciale realizzata tra l’ingresso ed il soggiorno di un appartamento in centro città. Un elemento funzionale di separazione tra due ambiti spaziali diversi che diventa un oggetto di design, fulcro dell’arredamento dell’intero soggiorno. Parete, filtro, mobile, libreria e illuminazione insieme.
