Design Studio WestTwo proportioned book shelves flank either side of this updated fireplace. Their graceful arches echo the relief patterns on the tile façade. This simple but elegant update has provided cabinetry for concealed storage and open shelving where the owner proudly displays their favorite novels, travel mementos, and family heirlooms, adding a touch of personal narrative to the space.

Turkel DesignThis 4,500-square-foot Soho Loft, a conjoined space on two floors of a converted Manhattan warehouse, was renovated and fitted with our custom cabinetry—making it a special project for us. We designed warm and sleek wood cabinetry and casework—lining the perimeter and opening up the rooms, allowing light and movement to flow freely deep into the space. The use of a translucent wall system and carefully designed lighting were key, highlighting the casework and accentuating its clean lines.

Michael Maher DesignThe elongated horizontal bookshelves filled with multicolored texts mirror the vibrancy of the custom wool and silk carpets from Stark Carpet New York and the Billy Haines plum sofa. The over-sized John Rosselli antique mirror creates depth and character. The black and white square portraits lend to beautiful focal point that offset the vibrancy of the room. The Restoration Hardware double wide chaise, the Hungarian 1930's lounge chairs, and the 1960's style Salibello seating all add to a cohesive blend of a contemporary living style that is dynamically modern.
