Complete with Magnussen’s attention to every detail, pier units feature LED lights and felt lined drawers while wire management and levelers are also included. All these details plus board and batten design showcase an ingenious metal rail sliding door system which add up to the perfectly designed media wall.

A catwalk overlooks the space, which includes a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, wood beam ceilings, elegant twin chandeliers, and golf course views.

We were winners in a limited architectural competition for the design of a stunning new penthouse apartment, described as one of the most sought after and prestigious new residential properties in Devon.
Our brief was to create an exceptional modern home of the highest design standards. Entrance into the living areas is through a huge glazed pivoting doorway with minimal profile glazing which allows natural daylight to spill into the entrance hallway and gallery which runs laterally through the apartment.
A huge glass skylight affords sky views from the living area, with a dramatic polished plaster fireplace suspended within it. Sliding glass doors connect the living spaces to the outdoor terrace, designed for both entertainment and relaxation with a planted green walls and water feature and soft lighting from contemporary lanterns create a spectacular atmosphere with stunning views over the city.
The design incorporates a number of the latest innovations in home automation and audio visual and lighting technologies including automated blinds, electro chromic glass, pop up televisions, picture lift mechanisms, lutron lighting controls to name a few.

Emilie Fournet InteriorsA dark living room was transformed into a cosy and inviting relaxing living room. The wooden panels were painted with the client's favourite colour and display their favourite pieces of art. The colour was inspired by the original Delft blue tiles of the fireplace.

-первая зона- кухня. Вдоль стены мы расположили кухонный гарнитур. А для того чтобы создать симметрию в пространстве, фасад встроенного холодильника облицевали декоративной штукатуркой, как и выступ у окна. Таким образом у нас получилась ось симметрии от центра кухни до телевизора. Фасады кухонного гарнитура имеют деревянную фактуру, а фартук выполнен из керамогранита, идентичного тону декоративной штукатурке.
В обеденной зоне стоит стол из массива ясеня. При этом с одной стороны стола мы поставили удобные стулья со спинками, а с другой стороны деревянную скамейку, которую можно задвинуть под стол и убрать с прохода. Над столом висит светильник из переработанной бумаги, он позволяет создать камерную атмосферу в обеденной зоне.
-вторая зона- гостиная, которая отделена от кухни диваном, выполненным на заказ.
У дивана расположен журнальный столик из бетона сделанный по нашим эскизам. Столешница имеет живописную форму и опирается на три цилиндра.
Напротив дивана расположена встроенная система хранения. За ней скрывается телевизор и система вентиляции, которая доставляет свежий воздух в кухню-гостиную и спальню. Фасады имеют механизм - гармошка, открываются по нажатию.
третья зона - это зона отдыха, где можно почитать книги или посмотреть в окно на парк, расположившись на мягком кресле

Ici en fond le Persian Turquoise de chez Ressource habille le fond. Les montant fins de la bib apporte légèreté à l'ensemble. les poignées en cuir de chez VEFE ajoute une tonalité d'élégance et de voyage. les plinthes effet or brossé vienne rappellent la couleur des luminaires et les bouton des poignées.
Staging With Style NYCTo hide unattractive air vents and electrical devices, we used a Japanese screen to cover the condo's heat and air conditioning filter and a Chinese armoire to store a 36" flat screen TV, DVR and cable box. The purple velour chair is from Sofa.com. The yellow and purple accent pillow is from Ethan Allen.
