Interiors by PopovThis is another favorite home redesign project.
Throughout my career, I've worked with some hefty budgets on a number of high-end projects. You can visit Paris Kitchens and Somerset Kitchens, companies that I have worked for previously, to get an idea of what I mean. I could start name dropping here, but I won’t, because that's not what this project is about. This project is about a small budget and a happy homeowner.
This was one of the first projects with a custom interior design at a fraction of a regular budget. I could use the term “value engineering” to describe it, because this particular interior was heavily value engineered.
The result: a sophisticated interior that looks so much more expensive than it is. And one ecstatic homeowner. Mission impossible accomplished.
P.S. Don’t ask me how much it cost, I promised the homeowner that their impressive budget will remain confidential.
In any case, no one would believe me even if I spilled the beans.
Harris HouseholdThe living room ceiling popcorn was scraped, recessed lighting installed, outlet installed above mantle, new 60' wood ceiling fan, and a set of original 20's hand forged curtain rods salvaged & installed. I light hue of yellow adorns the walls. A nice break from the drab battleship grey.

Weave InteriorsA simple backdrop for the tenants to make their own with their furniture and styling. The room was refreshed with paint, a new pendant light, the fireplace was painted, leaving the grey to work with the wall colour and the floor was improved with sanding and oil.

Arrow Point DesignThis living room got a total make over. Beautiful new gray laminate flooring. A fresh coat of paint on the walls. Paint color is Sherwin William Agreeable Gray. The fireplace used to just sit flush against the wall without a mantel. We added this beautiful gray patterned tile. Made a wood mantel, and then added shiplap. We ran the shiplap vertically to carry your eye all the way up to the ceiling.
Cottage Fever Interior DesignOpen plan living area in a lakeside cottage that was once three distinct separate rooms.
ArtCraft Homes LLCA traditional 1930 Spanish bungalow, re-imagined and respectfully updated by ArtCraft Homes to create a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home of over 1,300sf plus 400sf of bonus space in a finished detached 2-car garage.
