Love Your Room LLCThis beautiful family wanted to update their dated family room to be a more glamorous bright inviting room. We removed a corner fireplace that was never used, and designed a custom large built in with room storage, a television, and lots of bookcase shelves for styling with precious decor. We incorporated unique picture molding wall treatment with inverted corners. We brought in a new custom oversized rug, and custom furniture. The room opens to the kitchen, so we incorporated a few pieces in there as well. Lots of reflective chrome and crystal!
MSK Design BuildWe removed a wall and turned the bedroom into a expansive living room/family room, with access to the outside. Brinze accents, warm wood and white soaf and armchairs create a light and airy space.
Jordan Design-Build GroupThe existing great room got some major updates as well to ensure that the adjacent space was stylistically cohesive. The upgrades include new/reconfigured windows and trim, a dramatic fireplace makeover, new hardwood floors, and a flexible dining room area. Similar finishes were repeated here with brass sconces, a craftsman style fireplace mantle, and the same honed marble for the fireplace hearth and surround.
Swanson HomesVaulted ceilings allow for a two-story great room with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer plenty of natural light and a 50-inch fireplace keeps the space cozy.
Brenda Motter Interiors LTDA warm, inviting walkout basement family room that is perfect for cozying up to watch a movie together. To hide the posts and beams, walnut beams and pillars were created in the design. A full bar for entertaining guests with an additional TV above the main bar counter. The walnut coffee table features storage drawers.
