Over the course of a year, we were entrusted with renovating an existing property for a client, transforming it into their ideal family home. This included adding an extension and developing the basement to create a luxurious leisure suite.
The Edwardian property retained many of its original features, which we carefully preserved and integrated throughout the rest of the home.

A private reading and music room off the grand hallway creates a secluded and quite nook for members of a busy family

The flat was stripped back to the bare bones; we removed the old flooring and installed full soundproofing throughout the apartment. I then laid a dark Wenge parquet flooring and kept the walls in a light off-white paint to keep the apartment light and airy.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I decided to retain the original mouldings on the walls and paint the areas (walls, moulding and covings) in the same off-white colour.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This apartment has a timeless elegance and remains one of my favourite projects to date.

This expansive drawing room exudes elegance and grandeur, featuring a dark wood engineered floor that adds warmth and sophistication. The space is anchored by bespoke sofas, a grand fireplace, and a piano, making it perfect for both entertaining and relaxation. Large bay windows allow natural light to flood the room, complemented by soft pastel curtains that create a serene, inviting atmosphere. Great for entertaining, this luxurious living room combines classic design with modern comfort, showcasing timeless refinement and serving as the perfect center piece for any home. Hosting feature designer lighting,

This Edwardian house in Redland has been refurbished from top to bottom. The 1970s decor has been replaced with a contemporary and slightly eclectic design concept. The front living room had to be completely rebuilt as the existing layout included a garage. Wall panelling has been added to the walls and the walls have been painted in Farrow and Ball Studio Green to create a timeless yes mysterious atmosphere. The false ceiling has been removed to reveal the original ceiling pattern which has been painted with gold paint. All sash windows have been replaced with timber double glazed sash windows.
An in built media wall complements the wall panelling.

A tired two bedroom apartment built in the 1990 was brought to life by completely renovating to a luxury and aesthetically pleasing residential apartment for this professional client. Understanding the clients brief, designing and building, creative mood boards and ambience lighting and aesthetics. Kidd Interiors designed a new bespoke media wall unit, supplying fireplace, furniture, flooring, lighting. working with my trades of painting, plastering, carpentry, kitchen install, plumbing, tiling and electrics. Bespoke headboards made to measure. See Trustpilot reviews under kiddinteriors.co.uk for recommendations.

Where bay windows frame emerald canopies, fireplaces cradle stories, and art whispers from every wall. Timeless soul, modern grace.

This project was fantastic to manage, the high ceiling could allow accentuating wall beaming to look amazing as they do. The light colour of Inox from Craige and Rose gives that elegant subtle glow against the brilliant white ceilings. Adding a white brushed parquet flooring to keep the light scheme allowing the sun to reflect all around the room. The blue chair was chosen for the colour and style, modern but not too modern. The lighting was already in the property which worked very well indeed. This project was all about capturing the light in the most subtle way for Eco benefits.

To preserve all original features we used ecological and environmentally friendly water based paints and finishing techniques to refresh and accent those lovely original wall panels and fireplace itself

A snug, intimate TV lounge featuring a statement wall and a striking fireplace, which is shared with a dramatic double-height reading nook

Extensive redesign of existing sitting room. Existing door into room was removed so the entrance to the room is through the drawing room. New bespoke sliding glazed doors were installed into the pocket created from the bespoke bookcases within the drawing room. Original cornice was refurbished and restored. New mouldings were added to create panelling and rhythm to the room to frame the client’s beautiful artwork. New wall lighting, new furniture, new fireplace and hearth. Bespoke tv cabinetry. New solid oak parquet flooring, new skirtings installed. Antiques procured for the room. Scalloped curtain pelmet and new curtains added. New timber window to replace old UPVC. New cast iron radiators installed.

This modern Georgian interior, featuring unique art deco elements, a beautiful library, and an integrated working space, was designed to reflect the versatile lifestyle of its owners – an inspiring space where they can live, work, and spend a relaxing evening reading or hosting parties (of whatever size!).

We were commissioned to re-design the reception entrance lobby to an exclusive residential apartment block in Kensington. The design features elements such as a stunning liquid metal wall, marble clad reception desk and a halo illuminated large oval ceiling mirror to name but a few.
