Looking SharpThis is the living room the client has NOW! This room is all about mixing textures, colors and styles - everything from the rustic Brazilian hides on the floor, to the contemporary micro suede sofa and the beautiful mid-century hardwood low-boy dresser. Not to mention those yellow cheetah pillows!
HomewingsHomewings designer Francesco created a beautiful scandi living space for Hsiu. The room is an open plan kitchen/living area so it was important to create segments within the space. The cost effective ikea rug frames the seating area perfectly and the Marks and Spencer knitted pouffe is multi functional as a foot rest and spare seat. The room is calm and stylish with that air of scandi charm.

Take II staging & redesignRedesigning a living room, using the client's furnishings and accessories can have beautiful results by furniture rearrangement, creative use of accents and accessories. In this instance navy blue was the color of choice to add to this room.
Blue Terra DesignCustom made cabinet from a Walnut tree taken down locally in the Vilas neighborhood. Leaving live edge on the cabinet and shelf show the light color sapwood to give contrast.

Post-produzione: aggiustamenti base immagine; fusione manuale di livelli con differente esposizione per produrre un'immagine ad alto intervallo dinamico ma realistica; rimozione elementi di disturbo. Obiettivo commerciale: realizzazione fotografie di complemento ad annunci su siti web agenzia immobiliare; pubblicità su social network; pubblicità a stampa (principalmente volantini e pieghevoli).
