AIBD - American Institute of Building DesignThe client’s coastal New England roots inspired this Shingle style design for a lakefront lot. With a background in interior design, her ideas strongly influenced the process, presenting both challenge and reward in executing her exact vision. Vintage coastal style grounds a thoroughly modern open floor plan, designed to house a busy family with three active children. A primary focus was the kitchen, and more importantly, the butler’s pantry tucked behind it. Flowing logically from the garage entry and mudroom, and with two access points from the main kitchen, it fulfills the utilitarian functions of storage and prep, leaving the main kitchen free to shine as an integral part of the open living area.

Studio D - Danielle WallingerThis three story loft development was the harbinger of the
revitalization movement in Downtown Phoenix. With a versatile
layout and industrial finishes, Studio D’s design softened
the space while retaining the commercial essence of the loft.
The design focused primarily on furniture and fixtures with some material selections.
Targeting a high end aesthetic, the design lead was able to
value engineer the budget by mixing custom designed pieces
with retail pieces, concentrating the effort on high impact areas.

Amy J. Greving - ArtistThis kitchen island is the balance for a contemporary look. I've taken an antique work bench, refurbished it and poured a concrete counter for the top. The concrete although very smooth looks as though I took a chunk from a sidewalk,, polished it, and reused it. I strive to make all my concrete appear natural.
