A Design Art & HouseA small dated powder room gets re-invented!
Our client was looking to update her powder room/laundry room, we designed and installed wood paneling to match the style of the house. Our client selected this fabulous wallpaper and choose a vibrant green for the wall paneling and all the trims, the white ceramic sink and toilet look fresh and clean. A long and narrow medicine cabinet with 2 white globe sconces completes the look, on the opposite side of the room the washer and drier are tucked in under a wood counter also painted green.

MOTIF Design Solutions, LLCOnce a secondary bathroom with green porcelain and cast iron fixtures, MOTIF removed everything and built a wall where the front of the tub once sat. The goal? To create a much needed laundry room on the main level inside of the adjacent master suite. A concrete sink, a brick wall veneer and some new hardwood -- along with some artistic light fixtures, a whimsical mirror and brass accents make this new powder room a favorite space for the owners and their guests alike.
Denise Quade DesignZebra wood cabinets were used in this powder bathroom to make this room stand out. The flat doors, the linear lines and the hardware all help make this floating vanity more like furniture than like traditional cabinets. The round mirror above offers great visual contrast and the chandelier chosen is a show stopper. Topped with a black quartz countertop and a white vessel sink, this vanity is one that all guest will remember.
John McClain DesignSophisticated and full of color and texture, this powder bathroom is an absolute showstopper! Inspired by the heavily patterned wall covering, each element of this space ties into the bold design while creating a balance between whimsical and modern.

Align Design LLCPink can really pack a punch and isn’t for everyone, but this bright color , Cyclamen, by Sherwin Williams was the perfect compliment for the owners eclectic, art collection.
The space was previously a full bath, but was minimized in order to volunteer space for the primary bath -(see Elegant Bathroom Makeover).
A freestanding sink vanity was used to provide more visual space. Gold fixtures add to the bling that the owner was looking for.

Denise Quade DesignThe walls in this powder room were painted warm black and the ceiling was painted a great bold golden hue. The zebra wood floating vanity has flat doors and the hardware selected keeps things minimal and the wood really shines. The black quartz countertops and the white vessel sink, white toilet, and white trim in the room all offer great contrast to one another.
