Angel O'DonnellA bespoke folded metal staircase sweeps up a rich inchyra blue stairwell. The staircase is lit by a strip of LED lighting that is hidden beneath a bespoke charcoal black handrail. Vintage mid-century cocktail chairs have been reupholstered in a bold and brightly patterned Timorous Beasties fabric. A mix of contemporary ceramics and photography fills the walls creating an inviting vignette when people walk through the door.
Jennifer Ryan DesignThe entry from the garage used to be a laundry room. We moved the laundry room downstairs to create a mud room with 3 cubbies for each child's shoes, back packs and coats.
Dura Supreme CabinetryDiana Wiesner of Lampert Lumber in Chetek, WI worked with her client and Dura Supreme to create this custom teal blue paint color for their new kitchen. They wanted a contemporary cottage styled kitchen with blue cabinets to contrast their love of blue, red, and yellow. The homeowners can now come home to a stunning teal (aqua) blue kitchen that grabs center stage in this contemporary home with cottage details.

This kitchen was featured in HGTV Magazine summer of 2014 in the Kitchen Chronicles. Here's a quote from the designer's interview that was featured in the issue. "Every time you enter this kitchen, it's like walking into a Caribbean vacation. It's upbeat and tropical, and it can be paired with equally vivid reds and greens. I was worried the homeowners might get blue fatigue, and it's definitely a gutsy choice for a rural Wisconsin home. Constructive Design, Inc.Main entry had a wall closing off the stairs & the closet facing 90 degrees & parallel to stairs closing in the space. We removed the wall, added railings & turned the closet 90 degrees to open the entire area.
LORRAINE G VALE, Allied ASIDThis is a craftsman-made custom boot bench, This simple design combines form and function as an alternative to a mudroom. Built into 'found space' it's all you need for a drop zone in the back entry. The shiplap in the hallway is integrated into this built in, making it a seamless addition.
