an organised cabinet to store coats and shoes and even have a seat to put shoes on and off. The slated wood detail to the back of the bench area ties in with details within the house. Black handles also tie in with the stair balustrade and the glased doors.

A view from the landing of this stunning hallway complete with antique furnishings and fixtures including a Rococo style console table and gilt mirror for a luxurious elegance.

Traditional coastal Hamptons style home designed and built by Stritt Design and Construction. The front porch features a navy front door with glass sidelights, brass door hardware and a black and white patterned floor tile.

This extension kept the existing structure and overbuilt it to the front, rear, and to the 2nd floor, to reduce materials costs. The bespoke storage at the entrance provides hidden shoe cupboards, pegs for coats, and recesses for baskets above to hold gloves, scarves etc. The bench was made from solid oak, whilst the rest of the cabinetry was from oak veneered MDF with solid oak lippings. The existing stair was retained, with a new glass balustrade installed, and new carpet from the unnatural flooring company.

Double height ceiling offers a light flooded entrance.
Polished porcelain tiles and glass balustrades bounce the natural light around, and open timber treads enhance an airy feeling.

The shared entrance to this ground floor flat was a little messy and unloved. We simply added a shelf, space to keep post tidy and a mirror and picture to brighten up the space. Additionally, we restored the door and added a door number to create a welcoming first impression for prospective buyers of the flat.

This image showcases a sleek, minimalist entrance hall that combines function and form with a calm, contemporary aesthetic. A bespoke timber joinery unit maximises the compact space beneath the stairs, acting as both coat storage and a subtle design statement. The light grey large-format floor tiles enhance the brightness of the space, complemented by crisp white walls and doors. The transition to natural oak flooring on the stairs, paired with a frameless glass balustrade, maintains a seamless and airy feel.
