David Smith St Ives LimitedThis is a Staircase we manufactured for a Prestigious Home Builder. The staircase was design and installed by us. It is made from Solid American White Ash and Powder Coated Structural Steel Spindles. It is a perfect complement to the contemporary feel of the house and a magnificent centrepiece when arriving into the home.

Joy Flanagan DesignThis well proportioned entrance hallway began with the black and white marble floor and the amazing chandelier. The table, artwork, additional lighting, fabrics art and flooring were all selected to create a striking and harmonious interior.
The resulting welcome is stunning.
Lisa Stewart DesignThis modern mansion has a grand entrance indeed. To the right is a glorious 3 story stairway with custom iron and glass stair rail. The dining room has dramatic black and gold metallic accents. To the left is a home office, entrance to main level master suite and living area with SW0077 Classic French Gray fireplace wall highlighted with golden glitter hand applied by an artist. Light golden crema marfil stone tile floors, columns and fireplace surround add warmth. The chandelier is surrounded by intricate ceiling details. Just around the corner from the elevator we find the kitchen with large island, eating area and sun room. The SW 7012 Creamy walls and SW 7008 Alabaster trim and ceilings calm the beautiful home.

Maraya Interior DesignNew Moroccan Villa on the Santa Barbara Riviera, overlooking the Pacific ocean and the city. In this terra cotta and deep blue home, we used natural stone mosaics and glass mosaics, along with custom carved stone columns. Every room is colorful with deep, rich colors. In the master bath we used blue stone mosaics on the groin vaulted ceiling of the shower. All the lighting was designed and made in Marrakesh, as were many furniture pieces. The entry black and white columns are also imported from Morocco. We also designed the carved doors and had them made in Marrakesh. Cabinetry doors we designed were carved in Canada. The carved plaster molding were made especially for us, and all was shipped in a large container (just before covid-19 hit the shipping world!) Thank you to our wonderful craftsman and enthusiastic vendors!

Janey Butler InteriorsWorking alongside Riba Llama Architects & Llama Projects, the construction division of The Llama Group, in the total renovation of this beautifully located property which saw multiple skyframe extensions and the creation of this stylish, elegant new main entrance hallway. The Oak & Glass screen was a wonderful addition to the old property and created an elegant stylish open plan contemporary new Entrance space with a beautifully elegant helical staircase which leads to the new master bedroom, with a galleried landing with bespoke built in cabinetry, Beauitul 'stone' effect porcelain tiles which are throughout the whole of the newly created ground floor interior space. Bespoke Crittal Doors leading through to the new morning room and Bulthaup kitchen / dining room. A fabulous large white chandelier taking centre stage in this contemporary, stylish space.
designs by human.Creating a simple landing spot as you arrive in this open floor plan was important. We designed custom mirrors to fit perfectly in the space that makes a dramatic but simple statement. The 30-foot runner travels from Hallway through Kitchen and is capped off with an oversized piece of custom artowrk.
