Selle Valley Construction, Inc.Hallway view, second floor guest bathroom on the right and top of the stairs on the left.
The double knotty alder barn doors (left) are custom made with 8" planks and stained to match the range hood on the first floor. Door pulls and sliding barn door hardware are finished in black to match the stair and second floor railing.
Vanity doors and drawers are paint grade maple with shaker fronts, painted in Sherwin Williams "High Reflective White." Door and drawer hardware are Top Knobs bar pulls in black. Vanity countertop and 4" backsplash is Pental Quartz in "Misterio."
Flooring is laminate, Life Drift Lane in Daydream Chestnut. The black metal horizontal railing is custom made by local Mark Richardson Metals.
Walls are finished with Sherwin Williams "Snowbound" in eggshell. Baseboard and trim are finished in Sherwin Williams "High Reflective White."
Select Floors and TilesFor this showhouse, Celene chose the Desert Oak Laminate in the Herringbone style (it is also available in a matching straight plank). This floor runs from the front door through the hallway, into the open plan kitchen / dining / living space.
Carpenter & Carpenter LimitedThe first two photos are of hallway storage areas which had been used as a general dumping ground. We were asked to redesign them to maximise storage for specific items and to include a shoe rack and display area. The manufacturing was carried out at our workshops in Essex before installing the parts to create these modern solutions.
Анна СаитоваПроект 3х комнатной квартиры в новостройке общей площадью 75 м2 был разработан для постоянного проживания трёх человек, но с обязательным размещением гостей, которые будут приезжать. Бюджет на всю реализацию был порядка 4,5 млн руб, включая всю корпусную мебель на заказ и мягкую мебель.
Заказчик проживает в другом городе, поэтому вся работа над проектом и ремонт велись дистанционно.
Основная задача при разработке планировки была сделать много мест для хранения, не загромождая пространство при этом, организовать дополнительные спальные места, постирочную, гардеробную. Но при этом, перепланировка не предполагала каких-то глобальных изменений.
Постирочная и вместительная гардеробная были организованы при входе, кухня стала просторной кухней-гостиной с возможностью трансформироваться в изолированную гостевую комнату. В детской-было организовано всё для удобного и комфортного проживания ребенка, включая зоны хранения, отдыха и рабочее место.
В интерьере было использовано много деревянных текстур и текстур под камень, что сделало его ещё более интересным.
"Фишкой" интерьера стало панно с подсветкой у изголовья кровати в мастер-спальне.

The floors were changed to cork to warm it up and modernise it. Some of the eclectic art could be hung here adding to the fun.

Agence Studio BNous avons opté pour un papier-peint panoramique pour adoucir ce long couloir et sur le mur du fond un vert profond pour atténuer la longueur.
En face du papier-peint, nous avons laisser le mur blanc pour accentuer la largeur et donner une sensation d'espace.

Lion Services RénovationCet appartement haussmannien, situé dans le 17 ème arrondissement de Paris a été entièrement repensé et refait à neuf. A la demande des propriétaires, les espaces ont été ouverts sur le couloir permettant une circulation fluide et cachée. La salle de bain et la cuisine a été entièrement rénovées : un style contemporain pour contre balancer le style haussmannien de l’appartement. Dans les pièces à vivre la couleur bleue a été la ligne de conduite de l’ambiance et de la décoration. Une coque douce relevée par des bleus plus profonds comme sur le tapis. L’ensemble du mobilier a été pensé ensemble pour garder une cohérence.
