In the renovation for a family mews, ALC met the clients need for a home to escape to. A little space where the client can tune in, wind down and connect with the beautiful surrounding landscape. This small home of 25m2 fits in everything the clients wanted to achieve from the space and more. The property is a perfect example of smart use of harmonised space as ALC designed and though through each detail in the property. The home includes details such as a bespoke headboard that has a retractable lighting and side table to allow for access to storage. The kitchen also integrates additional storage through bespoke cabinetry, this is key in such a small property. Drawing in qualities from the surrounding landscape ALC was able to deepen the client’s connection with the beautiful surrounding landscape, drawing the outside in through thoughtful colour and material choice. ALC designed an intimate seating area at the back of the home to further strengthen the clients relationship with the outdoors, this also extends the social area of the home maximising on the available space.

A bespoke Scandinavian outdoor sauna concept designed for modern luxury living. Crafted with Thermowood and premium timber structures, this wellness space combines minimalist architecture, natural materials and panoramic glazing to create a calm and immersive retreat experience.

Front Driveway. The driveway is bordered with an indigenous grass to the area Ficinia nodosa. The centre strip is planted out with thyme to give you sent as you drive over it. It sits in of a contemporary concrete driveway made with a pale exposed aggregate. The cladding on the house is a fairly contemporary blonde Australian hardwood timber.

The Wimpole greenhouse was the instinctive choice for our client. It was the first addition to their vegetable garden when they started renovating it, and designed the raised planters and beds around it. Our client chose Wood Sage powder coating, for it’s soft and neutral tones.

Our client enjoys the traditional Victorian Greenhouse aesthetic. In search for low maintenance, aluminium was the firm choice. Powder coated in Sussex Emerald to compliment the window frames, the three quarter span lean-to greenhouse sits beautifully in the garden of a new eco-home.

The monopitch greenhouse, powder coated in Brilliant White, stands proudly against a brick wall, hand built by our customer himself. A farmer by trade, our customer enjoys growing a variety of fruit and veg in his working greenhouse, utilising his broad range of Alitex accessories.

This client wanted her glasshouse to reflect her prize collection of antiques. To use both as a growing environment and a social space. Our Victorian-style glasshouse was the perfect solution for both aspects.
