Jeffery M Wolf General Contractor, Inc.this is the main living floor balcony off the kitchen. There is an outdoor fireplace with a grill, a double burner pot and a prep sink. The balcony has Phantom Screens that roll up in hidden tracks. The screens drop down to provide sun shade and insect protection. The screens are automated and work with a remote control.
Phantom ScreensThe second level of the Croswell live and work space includes the Design Studio as well as a large board room complete with bi-folding doors which open up to reveal the fully screened outdoor living space. Phantom dual-application motorized screens with vinyl, double the size of the board room while transforming it into a place of inspiration and enjoyment.

свечной камин создают атмосферу полного релакса. Одна стена отделана имитацией бруса, для поддержания образа террасы загородного дома.
Дизайн-студия "Аквариус"Заказчиком была поставлена ещё одна важная задача: необходимо было одно из помещений полностью звукоизолировать, так как он занимался музыкой и не хотел, чтобы его соседи испытывали постоянный дискомфорт. Да и ему работалось легче и спокойнее. Выбор пал на лоджию: небольшое помещение, не занятое лишней мебелью и комфортное для работы.
