Hsu McCulloughBuilt-ins and open shelves of books divide the Reading Room entrance from the Living Room and Dining Room beyond. A dramatic ceiling of layered beams is revealed.
Design HarmonyDesign Dilemma: Our clients needed a place to store their beautiful bass and their extensive collection of books and records. Solution - We transformed this unused corner in the great room into a beautiful and functional storage space.
Using a subtle instrument rack so the client could easily remove the bass to play, we were able to showcase the bass as a work of art and make it a focal point in the space. We also added a rolling ladder to access the top of the bookshelf and to make the space more interesting.

Mon Concept HabitationUn pied-à-terre fonctionnel à Paris
Ce projet a été réalisé pour des Clients normands qui souhaitaient un pied-à-terre parisien. L’objectif de cette rénovation totale était de rendre l’appartement fonctionnel, moderne et lumineux.
Pour le rendre fonctionnel, nos équipes ont énormément travaillé sur les rangements. Vous trouverez ainsi des menuiseries sur-mesure, qui se fondent dans le décor, dans la pièce à vivre et dans les chambres.
La couleur blanche, dominante, apporte une réelle touche de luminosité à tout l’appartement. Neutre, elle est une base idéale pour accueillir le mobilier divers des clients qui viennent colorer les pièces. Dans la salon, elle est ponctuée par des touches de bleu, la couleur ayant été choisie en référence au tableau qui trône au dessus du canapé.

From the moment you step through the double knotty alder doors into the extra wide entry way, you feel the openness and warmth of an entertainment-inspired home. A massive two story great room surrounded by windows overlooking the green space, along with the large 12’ wide bi-folding glass doors opening to the covered outdoor living area brings the outside in, like an extension of your living space.

Coastal Signature HomesLooking through the French doors, we see this great space for the family den, with plenty of books shelves, a built in desk and cabinets underneath the TV, to store games and keep the clutter hidden away. This room has good features and will be used often. The French doors help keep the room light and airy; the room colors make the room warm and soothing - a nice getaway.
