猫と建築社既存玄関ホールの吹抜けに床を貼りペットコーナーにしたリフォーム。構造上抜けなかった柱は麻縄を巻き、猫の爪とぎにした。巻いているそばから興味津々で巻き終わると共に早速嬉しそうに爪を砥ぎ始めた。大成功である。
右側に見えるFRPグレーチング＋強化ガラスの床は、2階の光を玄関に取り込む効果に加え、猫たちがこの上に乗ってくれれば玄関から可愛い肉球を拝めるというサプライズ効果もある。
自然派ライフ住宅設計㈱階段を上がると2Fのホールがセカンドリビングとなっています。
お子さんたちが友人をつれてきたり、1Fのリビングに来客があれば、セカンドリビングが大活躍します。
大規模なこのお家は空間がすべてつながっているため、この空間もリビングのエアコン一台で十分過ごせるスペースとなっています。
合同会社インクアーキテクツ２階はリビングとスタディルーム、洗面所、トイレがあります。広いリビングがご希望でしたが、規模も限られているなかで洗面所、スタディルームと一体となるように計画しました。階段も空間として一体となるようなデザインとなっています。
リビングはテラスとつながっていて開放的です。テラスには手すり一体となったベンチがあり、外のリビングとして内と外が連続感のある空間となっています。
