We proposed the total renovation of this sitting area, with all new contemporary floating fireplace design, and dropped down ceiling with John Cullen Lighting. The newly created 'dropped' ceiling allowed us to recess the elegant Home Automated Eric Kuster fabric curtains with concealed John Cullen LED lighting. Beautifully made elegant Curtains by our specialist curtain designers. The curtains have been designed on a Lutron Home Automation system allowing touch button opening and closing. All new Herringbone hardwood flooring throughout with under floor heating, and Bang and Olufsen Music / Sound System. Origninal contemporary Art Work and stylish Contemporary Furniture Design. The floating Fireplace is the now stylish focal point of this stunning room, which exudes luxury and style. Having been converted into small, dark rooms our clients and their young family were in need of a refreshing, light infused change. Working alongside Llama Architects and Llama Property, the construction division of the Llama Group, we created a naturally light filled new Central Hallway, stylish enviting lounge and gorgeous vaulted ceiling kitchen /dining area in this impressive Barn family home. With all new hardwood opening French Doors onto the stylish formal gardens. A new Oak & Glass staircase, introducing reclaimed beams to the new rooms ceilings, blending in with the already structural beams, all new heating & lighting and Crestron Home Automation systerm. Natural colour pallettes throughout for the new Interior scheme.

NB Interiors UKA contrast to the cosy snug, this second living room was light and airy and had fabulous views of the garden. To create that connection to the outside views I chose this lovely floaty fabric with leaf detail print and painted the walls a very pale grey green colour. It felt fresh and light.

Rempe ConstructionThe theme of this addition was all Greek with a hint of Modern. The interior of the project features custom plaster dome and fireplace while the exterior features the Greek Key around the perimeter wall and Greek Columns as you approach the entry.
