It's such an amazing feeling when our clients are ecstatic with the final outcome. What started out as an unfinished, rough-in only room has turned into an amazing "spa-throom" and boutique hotel ensuite bathroom.⠀

Harwood Design Builders Ltd.A riverfront property is a desirable piece of property duet to its proximity to a waterway and parklike setting. The value in this renovation to the customer was creating a home that allowed for maximum appreciation of the outside environment and integrating the outside with the inside, and this design achieved this goal completely.
To eliminate the fishbowl effect and sight-lines from the street the kitchen was strategically designed with a higher counter top space, wall areas were added and sinks and appliances were intentional placement. Open shelving in the kitchen and wine display area in the dining room was incorporated to display customer's pottery. Seating on two sides of the island maximize river views and conversation potential. Overall kitchen/dining/great room layout designed for parties, etc. - lots of gathering spots for people to hang out without cluttering the work triangle.
Eliminating walls in the ensuite provided a larger footprint for the area allowing for the freestanding tub and larger walk-in closet. Hardwoods, wood cabinets and the light grey colour pallet were carried through the entire home to integrate the space.
StoneWorks, Inc.Inside the shower in the master bathroom, we can see more detail for the 12 x 24 porcelain tile walls and the mosaic tile floor. This is a zero entry, curbless shower with a glass door. Very roomy.
Haven Design and ConstructionThis teen boy's on-suite bathroom features black stained cabinets, textured limestone walls, and sleek black plumbing fixtures. The floating vanity gives the illusion of more space and the large framed mirror and wall sconces accent the limestone wall beautifully. Acrylic guitar artwork adds personality to the space and reflects the music theme of the adjoining bedroom.
Bolen DesignsThis gorgeous guest bathroom remodel turned an outdated hall bathroom into a guest's spa retreat. The classic gray subway tile mixed with dark gray shiplap lends a farmhouse feel, while the octagon, marble-look porcelain floor tile and brushed nickel accents add a modern vibe. Paired with the existing oak vanity and curved retro mirrors, this space has it all - a combination of colors and textures that invites you to come on in...
Katz Builders, Inc.An abundant amount of custom cabinets featuring lots of specialty pull-out drawers including electric plugs so the hairdryer can be in the drawer all the time and a charging station for the electric toothbrush allow for ultimate organization. Featuring champagne gold plumbing fixtures, handles, and other accessories. The beautiful concrete tile floors, and added coffered ceiling with recessed cans make for a bright and delightful space. Recessed vessel sinks, wall sconces, and tile backsplash add to the clean elegant look.
