Degnan Design-Build-Remodel
They had the vision of turning an unused alcove in the lower level of their split-level home into a bar. Still, They didn't know exactly how it would come together. In the end, they received more than they ever imagined, thanks to incorporating an adjacent space as a wine cellar to display a small collection.
Haven Design and Construction
The serene guest suite in this lovely home has breathtaking views from the third floor. Blue skies abound and on a clear day the Denver skyline is visible. The lake that is visible from the windows is Chatfield Reservoir, that is often dotted with sailboats during the summer months. This comfortable suite boasts an upholstered king-sized bed with luxury linens, a full-sized dresser and a swivel chair for reading or taking in the beautiful views. The opposite side of the room features an on-suite bar with a wine refrigerator, sink and a coffee center. The adjoining bath features a jetted shower and a stylish floating vanity. This guest suite was designed to double as a second primary suite for the home, should the need ever arise.
Jordan Design-Build Group
Located between the kitchen and new sunroom, we designed a pass-through area with custom built-ins for storing heirloom china and crystal stemware, this space will also serve as a staging and dry bar area when entertaining guests.

Both homeowners have a keen eye for design and were open to new ideas. Their aesthetic capabilities and openmindedness allowed us to refine every detail in this finished basement bar project's design.
Studio Luxe Custom Cabinetry
Colorful built-in cabinetry creates a multifunctional space in this Tampa condo. The bar section features lots of refrigerated and temperature controlled storage as well as a large display case and countertop for preparation. The additional built-in space offers plenty of storage in a variety of sizes and functionality.
Howell Custom Building Group
This expansive kitchen space features a cooking area with island, a breakfast nook, a sitting area, and a lounge area overlooking the lake, creating an integrated work/play/dine gathering space for a large family. The homeowner wanted to keep the space fairly neutral and efficient as well as reflect the lakeside location, without being overly nautical. White oak and quartzite bar repeats the materials used on the expansive kitchen island in the cooking area of this room. A built-in end panel conceals Sub-zero fridge and freezer drawers.
KabCo Kitchens
Sunken wet bar adjacent to the kitchen and living area featuring natural quartzite counters, a 24" wine cooler and dark wood cabinets.
JWH Design and Cabinetry LLC
This symmetrical Bar divides the space between the banquette and the family room, allowing easy access to both. The quartzite slab continues on the backsplash to differentiate this area.
