Joe McGuire DesignOur Boulder studio designed this luxe modern home with fabulous furnishings and decor that are in sync with the natural beauty of Colorado. In this foyer, the large glass door pivots, and as light pours in, it mellows the hemlock-paneled wall and white oak floors. The glow of the Noguchi lantern above, the soft Moroccan runner under foot, and the woven cognac leather bench all create a welcoming entry to this modern mountain home. The golden hillside grasses inspired the warm tones we chose for furnishings, including the custom white oak dining table with steel wishbone legs and the handmade console cabinet. A little bit of a lavender hue in the bedrooms relates to the lavender and sage that grows so beautifully in Colorado. We used a classic black and white combination in the kitchen, creating an elegant, sophisticated vibe. For the home bar, we followed a similar scheme with white quartz countertops contrasting with black-stained fluted paneling. Oak flooring, brass accents, and Italian bar stools by Amura create a warm and inviting corner to settle in for a drink.

Beautiful and Gracious DesignsWe recreated and updated this pass thru pantry by adding a brass sink and fixtures and a beverage center so it fits the clients lifestyle. We the ordered on finished cabinetry and had all the wall, trim work and cabinetry lacquered in a benjamin moore paint
Everything HomeThis modern transitional home was designed for a family of four and their pets. Our studio used wood detailing and medium wood floors to give the home a warm, welcoming vibe. Tesi Design, Inc. Interiors and CabinetryThis bank of cabinetry became a mix-use area. Functionally used as a wet bar area with its under-cabinet wine refrigerator, a display area with two tall glass paneled cabinets and a floating shelf at the center and lastly as a serving area right before you head outside through the adjacent sliding doors.

The homeowner is a young, vibrant, stylish woman who lives with her husband and two daughters. She was ready to part with her inherited Chinese antique furniture and start anew. The new living and dining room design reflects her sleek, modern style and gives her a comfortable space to entertain family and friends in.
Now that we've established the aesthetic the homeowner likes, we hope to soon remodel the kitchen to fit her family's needs.

Zieba Builders, Inc.Our clients are a family with three young kids. They wanted to open up and expand their kitchen so their kids could have space to move around, and it gave our clients the opportunity to keep a close eye on the children during meal preparation and remain involved in their activities. By relocating their laundry room, removing some interior walls, and moving their downstairs bathroom we were able to create a beautiful open space. The LaCantina doors and back patio we installed really open up the space even more and allow for wonderful indoor-outdoor living. Keeping the historic feel of the house was important, so we brought the house into the modern era while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship to preserve the historic ambiance. The bar area with soapstone counters with the warm wood tone of the cabinets and glass on the cabinet doors looks exquisite.
Bella Villa Design StudioOur clients really wanted old warehouse looking brick so we found just the thing in a thin brick format so that it wouldn't take up too much room in this cool bar off the living area.
