Pinnacle Design & RemodelingOnly a few minutes from the project to the Right (Another Minnetonka Finished Basement) this space was just as cluttered, dark, and underutilized.
Done in tandem with Landmark Remodeling, this space had a specific aesthetic: to be warm, with stained cabinetry, a gas fireplace, and a wet bar.
They also have a musically inclined son who needed a place for his drums and piano. We had ample space to accommodate everything they wanted.
We decided to move the existing laundry to another location, which allowed for a true bar space and two-fold, a dedicated laundry room with folding counter and utility closets.
The existing bathroom was one of the scariest we've seen, but we knew we could save it.
Overall the space was a huge transformation!

Schloegel Design RemodelThe homeowner's wide range of tastes coalesces in this lovely kitchen and mudroom. Vintage, modern, English, and mid-century styles form one eclectic and alluring space. Rift-sawn white oak cabinets in warm almond, textured white subway tile, white island top, and a custom white range hood lend lots of brightness while black perimeter countertops and a Laurel Woods deep green finish on the island and beverage bar balance the palette with a unique twist on farmhouse style.
South Bay GreenCustom designed bar by Daniel Salzman (Salzman Design Build) and the home owner. Ann sacks glass tile for the upper shelve backs, reclaimed wood blocks for the lower bar and seating area. We used Laminam porcelain slab for the counter top to match the copper sink.
McPherson CabinetryCoffee Bar and Drinks Station, custom designed to appreciate crystal collection and be the entertainment hub of the house.
Lenton Company, Inc.A new wine bar in place of the old ugly one. Quartz countertops pair with a decorative tile backsplash. The green cabinets surround an under counter wine refrigerator. The knotty alder floating shelves house cocktail bottles and glasses.

Studio JM Design CoModern Coffee bar located in the kitchen, however facing away from it allowing this to have its own place in the home. Marble MCM style tile with floating shelves and custom cabinets.
Tracy Berman InteriorsThis beverage center is located adjacent to the kitchen and joint living area composed of greys, whites and blue accents. Our main focus was to create a space that would grab people’s attention, and be a feature of the kitchen. The cabinet color is a rich blue (amalfi) that creates a moody, elegant, and sleek atmosphere for the perfect cocktail hour.
This client is one who is not afraid to add sparkle, use fun patterns, and design with bold colors. For that added fun design we utilized glass Vihara tile in a iridescent finish along the back wall and behind the floating shelves. The cabinets with glass doors also have a wood mullion for an added accent. This gave our client a space to feature his beautiful collection of specialty glassware. The quilted hardware in a polished chrome finish adds that extra sparkle element to the design. This design maximizes storage space with a lazy susan in the corner, and pull-out cabinet organizers for beverages, spirits, and utensils.

Tesi Design, Inc. Interiors and CabinetryThis bank of cabinetry became a mix-use area. Functionally used as a wet bar area with its under-cabinet wine refrigerator, a display area with two tall glass paneled cabinets and a floating shelf at the center and lastly as a serving area right before you head outside through the adjacent sliding doors.
Wendy O'Brien Interior Planning & DesignThis beautiful showcase home offers a blend of crisp, uncomplicated modern lines and a touch of farmhouse architectural details. The 5,100 square feet single level home with 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths with a large vaulted bonus room over the garage is delightfully welcoming.
