JTID Inc.We closely worked with Roche Bobois. We mixed furniture pieces from their contemporary and classic collections to create a transitional theme. Two suede-upholstered club chairs, a replica of an antique Chinese cabinet and a Garouste & Bonetti drum side table are positioned in a corner of the room. We built our color scheme around the traditional Chinese theory of five elements. White for metal symbolizes purity and fulfillment. Red for fire represents good fortune and joy. Black is considered Heaven’s color and is often the most highly regarded hue in Chinese mythology, despite its neutrality.

The Buckingham GroupCustom tiered seating with theater step lights accenting the way to the elevated platform are some of the features that make this attic space conversion a special entertainment environment. A Lutron Radio RA home automation system triggers a sequence of events leading to "show time" at the touch of one button. All lighting and operational controls in the media room are integrated into a whole house smart system.

Circle Automation - Home TechnologyThe home cinema in this new build arts & crafts style property combines traditional design references with contemporary detailing.
Built as a reference level Dolby Atmos cinema the installation incorporates Artcoustic Loudspeakers for 7.2.4 surround sound. There are two levels of luxurious cinema seating. A Denon AVR, OPPO Blu-ray player, 120” Screen Excellence screen and a 4k Sony projector form part of the installation.
Savant is used to control the projector and audio via one remote and easy to use app.
Storage of AV equipment, DVDs and a drinks chiller was achieved through the installation of bespoke joinery, also by Circle Automation.
Exceptional acoustic quality within the room was created by the installation of fabric panelling on the walls.
Lighting is also an integral part of this installation. Added depth is achieved through the use of a coiffured ceiling with LED lighting. The client’s artwork and sparkly wallpaper are also highlighted through washing light onto the walls through the positioning of in-ceiling spot lights.
Homes by DesignThis lower level combines several areas into the perfect space to have a party or just hang out. The theater area features a starlight ceiling that even include a comet that passes through every minute. Premium sound and custom seating make it an amazing experience.
The sitting area has a brick wall and fireplace that is flanked by built in bookshelves. To the right, is a set of glass doors that open all of the way across. This expands the living area to the outside. Also, with the press of a button, blackout shades on all of the windows... turn day into night.
Seating around the bar makes playing a game of pool a real spectator sport... or just a place for some fun. The area also has a large workout room. Perfect for the times that pool isn't enough physical activity for you.
