5. Practical design touches ( hooks for purses, coats, umbrella stand, refreshments area, guest WIFI, etc...)
One of the greatest benefits of a home office is the freedom to design it with a distinct identity. In other words, we shouldn’t blend the workplace with the rest of our personal space, aka home.
Marble & Muse InteriorsAn internal playroom was filled in to create study and storage spaces for the adjacent rooms, including a study nook, a walk in robe and hallway cupboards with a seating nook for the children.

Jetstream Contractors LLCFor this office remodel we added three recessed lights above a new accent wall as well as a ceiling fan. The paint colors for this project were Urban bronze (accent wall) and amazing grey! We removed the old carpet and put down some LVP. Let us know what you think.

Josh Wynne ConstructionSeaThru is a new, waterfront, modern home. SeaThru was inspired by the mid-century modern homes from our area, known as the Sarasota School of Architecture.
This homes designed to offer more than the standard, ubiquitous rear-yard waterfront outdoor space. A central courtyard offer the residents a respite from the heat that accompanies west sun, and creates a gorgeous intermediate view fro guest staying in the semi-attached guest suite, who can actually SEE THROUGH the main living space and enjoy the bay views.
Noble materials such as stone cladding, oak floors, composite wood louver screens and generous amounts of glass lend to a relaxed, warm-contemporary feeling not typically common to these types of homes.
