Pour cette maison d’Ille-et-Villaine, typiquement contemporaine, les architectes ont choisi les panneaux en pierre naturelle STONEPANEL® Sylvestre, certifiés pour l’extérieur, tout en considerant les volontés esthétiques des clients. Formés par des blocs de pierre granit claire et homogène, les panneaux STONEPANEL® Sylvestre couvrent les murs extérieurs de la maison avec une finition rustique très élégante

George Ranalli ArchitectThe exterior facade redesigned by George Ranalli Architect features a striking combination of classic and contemporary design elements that seamlessly blend together. The large Mahogany windows serve as the main focal point of the facade, offering a glimpse of the lush greenery of the garden yard from the new breakfast room and dining room. The windows are set within a carefully crafted limestone frame, which adds a touch of elegance and grandeur to the overall design.
The proportions of the windows are balanced and harmonious, and their warm, rich color complements the soft gray tones of the limestone. The windows also feature custom-designed mullions that create a subtle pattern, adding a layer of detail and sophistication to the facade.

CUPA STONE'Lynwood House' es una nueva urbanización de 34 apartments de alta calidad, que incluye un centro médico e instalaciones comunitarias, revestidas con los paneles premontados de piedra natural STONEPANEL®, que ayudan a su integración estética con el entorno.
Diseñado por Edwards Architecture, el proyecto se localiza en un área protegida de Lanchester (Durham, Reino Unido). Para su diseño se utilizó BIM (Building Information Modelling), que permitió el ahorro de costes y una mayor coordinación en la transmisión de información.
