Émilie Bigorne, architecte d'intérieur CFAIles propriétaires étaient désireux de trouver un bien existant à transformer afin d'avoir une maison fonctionnelle, de plein pied pour commencer leur deuxième partie de vie.
l'intérieur a subit un lifting complet. seule une cloison porteuse est restée en place, toutes les pièces ont été redistribuées en fonction des besoins des nouveaux habitants. il est volontairement très épuré. le mobilier intégré est fabriqué sur mesure. les lignes sont simples, fines. les espaces sont fonctionnels. les larges ouvertures créées sur le jardin renforce le côté zen des aménagements tant intérieurs qu'extérieurs. des touches de bois donnent une touche scandinave à la maison.
de belles suspensions nuages de chez Céline Wright permettent de venir habiller l'espace et la hauteur du salon.

Design MACSThis renovation was for Charles Kelley, one of the lead singers in the award winning country band Lady Antebellum. The pool house has multiple functions. It is a living space and ideal space for entertaining. There is a pool table and custom bar. There is also a custom fireplace surround and a gallery wall for awards. This pool house was designed by Marissa Sauer, owner of Design MACS, for the DIY Network's Man Caves as part of a celebrity special.
Quarry MillThis beautiful family room incorporates the Quarry Mill's Charcoal Canyon natural thin stone veneer as a gorgeous fireplace focal point. Charcoal Canyon will bring a variety of grays, whites, and black tones to your project. The lighter colors have bands of color that add dimension to the various sized stones. The irregular shaped stones are mostly rectangular with squared ends will work well for any sized project. This stone is great for accent walls, fireplace surrounds and exterior accents. The variety of textures and stone colors also make Charcoal Canyon complimentary to modern décor. Electronics, appliances, and other modern accessories will all blend well with this stone.

El proyecto consiste en la reforma de un piso en la última planta en una Finca con características señoriales del Barrio Chamberí, en la Ciudad de Madrid.
La propuesta buscó el maximizar la integración de espacios y aprovechar la gran cantidad de ventanas para ventilación e iluminación. El proyecto se centra en las áreas social del piso donde se agrupan el salón, el comedor y la cocina, este último como elemento protagonista, conectándose con una terraza también con vistas a la calle Trafalgar.
