This guest bathroom packs lots of punch in a subdued manner. The marble hexagonal tile flooring grounds this bath and the beautifully textured over sized subway wall tiles lend an interesting but clean background. The upper walls and ceiling is painted in dark gray metallic paint to create a more intimate feeling. Curbless shower floor and frame-less shower glass lend to the open feeling.

The bathroom not only accommodates family and friends for game days but also has an oversized shower for overnight guests. White subway tile, restoration fixtures, and a chunky steel and marble vanity complement the urban styling in the adjacent rooms.

Modern, updated guest bath with industrial accents. Linear bronze penny tile pairs beautifully will antiqued taupe subway tile for a contemporary look, while the brown, black and white encaustic floor tile adds an eclectic flair. The Palette for the Guest Bathroom is Dark Teals & Greens with pops of Blood Red to accessorise, incorporating Bold Vintage Poster Prints. In the small space we still managed to fit in a 'wet room' style shower and freestanding bath.

he brief for this project involved completely re configuring the space inside this industrial warehouse style apartment in Chiswick to form a one bedroomed/ two bathroomed space with an office mezzanine level. The client wanted a look that had a clean lined contemporary feel, but with warmth, texture and industrial styling. The space features a colour palette of dark grey, white and neutral tones with a bespoke kitchen designed by us, and also a bespoke mural on the master bedroom wall.
Neil Kelly Company
The "Dream of the '90s" was alive in this industrial loft condo before Neil Kelly Portland Design Consultant Erika Altenhofen got her hands on it. No new roof penetrations could be made, so we were tasked with updating the current footprint. Erika filled the niche with much needed storage provisions, like a shelf and cabinet. The shower tile will replaced with stunning blue "Billie Ombre" tile by Artistic Tile. An impressive marble slab was laid on a fresh navy blue vanity, white oval mirrors and fitting industrial sconce lighting rounds out the remodeled space.
